"Staff were extremely helpful, helped me book a tour, and prepared food for me when I had an early checkout in the middle of the night to catch a bus. The breakfast had a lot of options for various food preferences. Great location. The only area for improvement was my room, AC was not really working and it was very hot, but I had a short stay so it was okay and I’m pretty sure the other rooms were fine because I could feel the AC when I walked by open doors. The restroom mirror/counters were not...

"We had a two night stay at the Mondial Hotel Hue.
The staff were amazing.
They were very welcoming and said hello everytime we saw one of them. They were very attentative as well.
Our room was very good and we had a garden terrace as well, which was beautiful.
We had Wi-Fi, air conditioning and the usual amenities. "

"This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, there was a strong musty smell that made the room feel uncomfortable. The worst part was the bed, the bedsheets had a lot of ants, which was really disturbing. I couldn’t stay in those conditions and had to leave just 2 hours after checking in."

"The only thing good is the location. The hotel changed his name to Bella Vista, we paid $62 per night but in reality it wasn’t even worth $10. Pretty much everything in the hotel was either broken or dirty, the elevator only had a button to go up, but once when you arrived at your floor you had to use the stairs to go down 😳"

"The establishment was closed when I arrived around 10:00pm from completing the Hai Van pass. I had to ask the neighbours to call the proprietor and let me into my room. The room was dingy, had no toilet paper, no blankets, no drinkable water, and looked disreputable to the extent that I suspected bed bugs. The exterior photo is completely false and the interior photos are extremely misleading."

"We truly loved the blend of modern comfort and traditional charm at this homestay. The design is elegant, the environment is peaceful, and everything is maintained with great care. Complimentary bicycles are also available, which made it easy and fun to explore the surrounding area. It’s the kind of place where you naturally slow down and enjoy the moment. That small addition would make it perfect. Even without it, our stay was unforgettable, and we would recommend this homestay to anyone...
