Encantador remodelado cabo

Recientemente renovado con techos abovedados en toda la casa. Plano de planta abierto con sala, comedor y cocina conectados. Nuevo televisor de pantalla plana. Los tragaluces y el deslizador en la sala de estar y el dormitorio principal permiten la luz y un flujo de aire. Hay una gran chimenea para las noches frías y una ducha al aire libre para su comodidad. Muebles nuevos con asientos para ocho personas adornan la generosa cubierta posterior, incluida una parrilla Weber. El jardín delantero fue recientemente ajardinado con hortensias y otras plantaciones de especímenes. Los niños pueden fácilmente lanzar una pelota de fútbol o jugar un juego de etiqueta. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama queen size y baño con ducha / bañera. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama queen size. El tercer dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales. Esta propiedad está a tres cuadras en bicicleta de la ciudad, a una milla de Tashmoo Beach / Pond. A dos cuadras de la biblioteca de Tisbury. Great Stay in Vineyard Haven

The house is lovely and was just as represented in the photos. It is comfortable and was very clean. It is walking distance to downtown Vineyard Haven and accessible to all parts of the island. Bertie is super friendly and easy to reach.Highky recommend and would rent again.

Well Appointed Cottage

Had a lovely stay with my husband and our adult child. This feels more like a home, less like a rental, and is fully equipped and lovingly appointed with everything you need. The owner was very helpful and made sure we had a wonderful vacation. I would definitely recommend this rental.

Vineyard Haven haven

Lovely place, well-layed out and comfortable: space to hang out inside and out, sleep, eat, and be close to family and restaurants. We didn't cook much- but could've. The owner graciously offered us fresh tomatoes, basil & peppers from pots on the deck, and was very responsive to any questions we had. Very enjoyable!

Charming, clean, and perfectly located beach house

We can't say enough good things about our stay. The owner was very helpful from the moment we booked until we left (including securing the ferry rides!). The home was just as described. The open kitchen family/ room was perfect. It was very clean and had all of the necessary amenities. And the outdoor shower was great for beach days. The location was great - a 10-15 minute walk to town and a 5-10 minute drive to Tashmoo beach for sunsets, paddleboarding, and fishing. South beach was a short 20 minute drive. We had a wonderful week!

Family Vacation

Our family had a relaxing vacation time at Bertie’s comfortable home. Bertie kept in touch with us, and gave us many helpful tips on local sights to see, and restaurants to try. Home is centrally located to town, public transportation, and local beach.We were unable to get ferry passes for car.We decided to get bus passes for the week. We easily traveled the entire island, and had a great time. Internet was not working when we arrived. We informed Bertie of outage, and cable company was promptly contacted. While internet was out we spent family time together playing games together that were thoughtful left for guests by Bertie. Definitely a memorable, fun, and relaxing vacation!!

Great property, very close to Vineyard Haven

This was a very clean, fully stocked house just a 12 minute stroll to the heart of Vineyard Haven. It was super convenient having everything we needed from beach towels to kitchenware, even spices and basics, all available to us. An added bonus was the turkey that seems to live in the yard that greeted us every morning.

Relaxing week on the Vineyard

We had a very relaxing vacation at this house. This was due to the property owner, Bertie, who was in constant contact with us before and during our stay. She really took care of everything and gave us great advice. The house was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed to cook meals, play games and even beach chairs for the beach. Bertie has thought of everything and truly wants you to have a great vacation. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Home away from home

From our first contact with Bertie, to the very end and even after we left our week long stay, our experience was more than we certainly imagined. She is a great and valuable resource from the very beginning; always providing us with a wealth of island information that was very beneficial to our entire party and for the length of our stay. Her personality is energetic, positive, sincere, and inviting. We developed a great rapport with her and she always made herself available to us before, during, and after our indulgent stay. The home was immaculate with every necessity at our finger tips. Our party consisted of five adults and one infant with room for one more adult. The home is vibrant and welcoming. Coming back to the home from long days at the beach, extensive bike rides, or eating local cuisines, always felt right and refreshing. The home is updated throughout, much better than similarly priced places. There is ample space throughout the yard and deck. Quiet neighborhood and walking/biking minutes from a few nearby small beaches. We look forward to enjoying time well spent there again with a wonderful home owner! Thank you Bertie!!

The Vineyard is a Gem!

Top notch stay in Vineyard Haven! Bertie has been a delight to help guide our first time on Martha Vineyards! Her home has everything you need to be relaxed and comfortable. The location is excellent, close to town yet in a location that is quiet and serene. I see why so many come back year after year, lots of great beaches, bicyclists, walkers etc etc. Thank you for our excellent stay!

This is the 2nd year our family has stayed in this property and we loved it even more this time around! Perfect Location

Great vacation home!

Loved our stay here. House was very well equipped and very clean. Great outside deck to relax on. Enjoyed the outdoor shower. Very quiet area yet close to Vineyard Haven. Nice to walk into town for breakfast or dinner. Did not want to leave! The owner Bertie was very friendly and helpful. Looking forward to going back.

We enjoyed the rental house very much. The home and property were clean and attractive and well maintained. The space was more than adequate for our family of four and the environment was very relaxing and enjoyable. The location of the property was very good with respect to proximity to downtown Vineyard Haven, and access to major travel ways out of town. The property owner was delightful, helpful and very easy to work worth. We would definitely stay at this property again in the future. I can not reccomend it more.

Perfect Getaway in MV

We stayed at Bertie's place in Vineyard Haven during the last week in August and turned out to be a terrific week to be in the Vineyard and a good location to set up shop for the week. First of all Bertie was great to work with. She was incredibly responsive and had a ton of great suggestions for us in terms of beaches to check out, places to go and restaurants to eat at which was especially helpful for first time goers on the Vineyard and with two small kids ages 6 and 3. The house was nice and had plenty of space for us. We loved the outside deck and the kids enjoyed the yard to play in. The house was also in a good location. Just a few minutes drive into Vineyard Haven and Tashmoo Beach. Having a car is a must in MV as we spent the week checking out the whole island which was quite big and has a lot to offer. Overall, a really nice week. Thanks again Bertie!
