  • This NEWLY RENOVATED 6-bedroom house in Vineyard Haven is just a 10 minute walk to public beach, downtown restaurants, bars, shops and ferry.

    It is perfectly set up for your family and Friends. With 2 king beds, 3 twin beds, 1 pack & play, 1 queen bed, and 2 full beds, this awesome property offers plenty of space for guests.

    The 4 bathrooms are equipped with tub/showers and hair dryers, soap and body wash for your convenience.

    There is a large yard with outdoor shower & grill, outdoor lounge chairs, secret garden, fire-pit and picnic tables. Yard is one half acre and is partially fenced.

    Inside has been thoughtfully decorated by local Boston-based designer. There is central air though out, a walnut ping pong table in the main living room, a cozy den with large sectional sofa, 2 large smart TVS, sun room, library and dining for 13. There is a bright and airy Chef's Kitchen complete with breakfast nook and plenty of charm!

TRASH PART 1 : NO RECYCLING at this house. TRASH ONLY. Trash pick up is on Mondays and the town is very difficult with how they want the trash to be when they pick up.

TRASH PART 2: The trash bins are located on the side of the house, each must be LINED with a CONTRACTOR TRASH BAG before the regular trash bags are added. Each bin can hold 3 full trash bags.

TRASH PART 3: Contractor bags are under the sink, regular bags are located above the kitchen trash bins.

Lovely home and surroundings! Ample space for everyone to find their own little space. BEAUTIFULLY renovated kitchen, with high end appliances!!! House is well appointed and feels homey. Hannah was very responsive and helpful. Would absolutely rent again.

This was a dream home for my family’s annual vacation. There are so many enjoyable features like the chef’s kitchen , 4 full bathrooms, family room, and a game room, games with ping pong table, all the equipment needed for the beach and an amazing yard with lots of chairs ,fire pit and a hammock. The neighborhood is beautiful and you can walk to restaurants and coffee. Questions were quickly responded to. This house made our trip perfect.

We had the absolute BEST time in this beautiful house. Hannah is absolutely amazing and was so helpful with everything we needed. The house is stunning and so cozy. The entire group I traveled with talked about how this house is our dream house! We had 13 people and we all fit very comfortably. The outdoor shower was heavenly, and the kitchen was so much fun to hang out in and talk after a long summer of not seeing one another. The beds were extremely comfortable, too! The house is a close walk to restaurants, stores, and the water and a short drive from the airport/other popular areas. We really hope to stay again the next time we visit!
