"For $300 a night, highly disappointed. Our room was very poorly maintained, dirty couches/chairs/bathtub and trash in the parking lot. Honestly, can get that quality for cheaper and will do that next time."

"This was by far the worst place I have ever stayed at. Infested with cockroaches, desperately in need or repairs, dirty rooms, lazy management, and shady public that would smoke weed and would not stop the noise through the night. Air conditioner worked, but then it was not hot days to begin with."

"This hotel is located perfectly if visiting the college. The outside patio was our favorite place to relax with a drink. The room was clean and the staff was very nice. I would definitely recommend this hotel!"

"The room we booked was sold out so they upgraded us. The tv was not a smart tv even though we stayed here before in a regular room and that tv was smart. The bathrooms were ok clean wise, but there were fake eyelashes in the one tub which showed it was not properly cleaned or cleaned at all. Some of the dishes didn’t seem clean either. The staff was very nice!"

"AC didn't work, got told no maintenence too bad.. took 2 days of asking to recieve enough towels for 3 people.. give wrong room type and lady changed story about it 5x when checking in then basically said we booked through 3rd party so they wouldn't help us at all and we could accept the room or cancel n rebook at 3x price with them directly.. very not in line with normal IHG hotels.. horrible experience"

"The room was a non-smoking room and smelled strongly of cigarettes. The room heater was off and about 50 Degrees. The sheets were thin and smelled like cigarettes and perfume. There was only one bar of soap next to the sink and no complementary soap in the shower. There was dust all over and a cigarette burn in one of the comforters. I woke up coughing. "

"Stains on carpet, cobwebs, old lumpy mattresses and pillows, food horrid (like rubber) chipped paint, cracked tile. TV stations were news, Latino dateline….HORRIBLE"
