"I found this hidden gem and I’m so glad I did. It’s the perfect mix of being in the country side but very convenient to Porto Cesareo. The staff were exceptional. I was worried about my inability to speak Italian but it was not a problem at all. The pool was beautiful. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the AC was super. Breakfast was very regional and kid friendly. Dinner was always exquisite. Highly recommended!"

"We had a wonderful time at this property! The staff were fantastic and the breakfast was perfect, featuring delicious local products and homemade patisserie. The location is ideal, close to both Gallipoli and Lecce. Highly recommend to everyone—families and couples alike."

"We needed a relaxing base hotel to stay in for the first five days in Puglia and Masseria Messapia was the perfect place. A large property, but with a very boutique luxury feel, our room was fabulous, with a lovely en-suite and an large external terrace. Breakfast is a feast of foods freshly set every morning.The pool area is fabulous, quiet and relaxing. There is a Spa available, gym area and an on site restaurant for lunch and dinner if required. "I booked this place that was rated a 10/10 but only based on one person’s rating. So, I gave it a shot with some reservation. I am very pleased that I did, because it was a real gem. The property was amazing, right in the old part of Town with lots of charm. The room was large and comfortable and very clean. They made a great daily breakfast that was amazing. Their staff were as nice as the location. NO HESITATION to go back or recommend it to anyone. Great spot. "
