Detached house of 120m2 composed of half floors, on a plot of 3300m2 on the edge of the scrubland.
The house is composed of a large living room 50m2 (living room, dining room and kitchen)

The dining room is equipped with a table and chairs for 6 people, with a view of the scrubland.

In the living room area, a spacious 6-seater corner sofa with 1 electrically liftable seat and a manually liftable armchair. With the television you will have access to Canal Plus channels and a DVD player

In the kitchen, you will have a dishwasher, a Dolce Gusto coffee maker, an induction hob, an oven, a microwave. A large double-door fridge (with two freezer drawers). You will find a raclette machine, fondue...

From the living space you have direct access to the terrace with table and chairs for eating outside and a small wire lounge to have a good time.

The exteriors
The large plot of land is arranged in several small relaxation areas.
The terrace attached to the house will allow you to either eat in the shade or relax in the garden furniture. Perfect for aperitifs.

The swimming pool, 8m by 4 ovoid is exposed south, allowing it to reach beautiful temperatures (black bubble cover). There is a wooden pergola where you can enjoy the deckchairs (4) and the garden furniture. Inflatable objects are available as well as armbands and child belts on request
The swimming pool is available from June to the end of September. The rest of the time, it is in winter storage. It is NOT HEATED. The swimming pool is secured by an alarm and a wooden gate closed from the inside.

Depending on the season, you can taste fresh figs directly picked from our fig tree. On the upper part of the land, there is an enclosed area with Eliot (our dwarf billy goat) and Châtaigne (our dwarf goat) who will watch over you during your stay.

Leisure activities:
A 2-minute walk away, the village tennis court, the children's playground, slides, swings and ping-pong table. Also a bowling alley behind the municipal center.
From the house, many walks in the surrounding scrubland: the Recouaffa signposted path
The location of the house is ideal for visiting the entire region: beaches 40 minutes away, the African nature reserve of Sigean, Cathar castles, Narbonne, Perpignan, Carcassonne, Perpignan 1 hour away... and many wine estates.
The house you will rent is a family home. It is therefore not only reserved for rental.
You will therefore find games and books for children, board games, complete kitchen equipment, rackets, petanque balls, decoration...
We can provide you on request with a height-adjustable baby cot, a high chair, a wooden playpen with mat, a baby bath as well as a baby cook and a removable safety barrier.
