A shuttle bus Avignon every ten minutes. From Villeneuve will have the opportunity to travel the Rhone Gard but also the country of Vaucluse in all its diversity.

Beautiful apartment

We loved our stay in Helene’s apartment. Such a beautiful authentic apartment in the heart of Villeneuve. The apartment has everything you need, Villeneuve is a gorgeous village with all amenities close by. It’s an easy 10 minutes on the bus to the heart of Avignon. Helene was a wonderful host, so very responsive and helpful. We highly recommend staying here as a base to visit Provence.

A beautiful spot near Avignon

Helene is an amazing host. She was communicative, friendly and even met us at the apartment at 1:30am when our flight was delayed. The apartment is in the middle of Villeneuve-Les-Avignon, about 5 minutes drive from old town Avignon, close to shops, restaurants, and free parking. The apartment itself is charming with comfortable accommodations and lovely decorative details. I would definitely stay here again.

Schöne Wohnung inmitten der Altstadt

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Villeneuve. Die Wohnung war schön eingerichtet und mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Direkt vor der Tür lagen Bäcker, Lebensmittelladen oder Bistro. Nach Avignon konnte man schnell und günstig mit dem Bus gelangen; und nach der geschäftigen Stadt in Villeneuve gemütlich den Tag ausklingen lassen. Also ein sehr angenehmes Urlaubsdomizil. Au revoir.

Just lovely!

The apartment is located in the medieval center of Villeneuve-les-Avignon with restaurants, bars, bakeries and other shops just a short walk away. The flat was clean and the host was accommodating and easy to communicate with. Will definitely come back !!!

Apartment mitten im Ort

Die Wohnung liegt nicht barrierefrei im ersten Stock in sehr zentraler Lage. Es gibt etliche Cafés und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe, die bis ca. 1 Uhr geöffnet sind. Der Balkon eignet sich eher zum Draufsellen, es sind aber auch Stühle vorhanden. Ein Schlafzimmer Ist klimatisiert. Parken ist in der Nähe auf einem zentralen Parkplatz möglich, man muss aber ein paar Minuten laufen. Zum Ein- und Ausladen kann man kurz auf dem Gehsteig parken. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut, wir konnten über einen Schlüsselsafe in die Wohnung. Wenn wir wieder einmal in die Gegend kommen, würden wir die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

Lovely apartment

A perfect location for our time in Provence. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated. There was free parking a few minutes down the street and the #5 bus was an easy trip into Avignon. The flea and produce markets in Villenuve were the best that we'd encountered in our travels and a lovely little grocery across from the apartment. The locals are friendly and helpful. The only reason we didn't give it a 5 star is that it's also situated on a main street in Villeneuve and next to a restaurant that's open 7 days a week. Wouldn't be so much of an issue if you kept the windows closed. Merci beaucoup Helene.

The apartment is as the photos show, spacious and well appointed art work. Has the classic stone spiral stairs to 1st floor, as always the steps are to small. A small balcony for 2, over looking a busy local bistro for locals, a little loud up until 11:30 usually. Unfortunately, the apartment lists as air conditioned, but is only in 1 bedroom, a fan for the other bedroom. With all the windows upon, you can get a breeze thru that is sufficient. Parking is “The Game” everyone plays locals & visitors alike. The only real issue we had was with the TV, a very complicated affair. Our Host had to send someone to show us the process & change the remote batteries. But, still had a stubborn streak as to when it wished to be active. Otherwise a good place for two. In the middle of Villeneauve, just a classic.

Un très très bel endroit

L appartement d Hélène est un ravissement Décoré avec goût … dans un bâtiment de pierres au cœur d un village à deux pas d Avignon… le calme et le beau … Notre hôte est disponible… gentille et attentionnée… Tout es là sur place pour le bien-être de ses locataires !… Un séjour que j aurais adoré promolongé si d autres chanceux n avaient pas réservé après moi 😊😊 Merci Hélène pour ce lieu magnifique et apaisant et pour votre grande gentillesse A bientôt c est certain

Schönes Appartment mitten in Villeneuve-les-Avignon

Ein sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in einer schönen Lage mitten in der Altstadt von Villeneuve-les-Avignon. Sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung in einer großzügigen Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern. Küche, Bad und Wohnzimmer sind geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage in der Mitte der Altstadt ist sehr schön. Es gibt fußläufig Bäcker, Supermarkt und viele Restaurants. Einen Stellplatz für das Auto gibt es in ca. 150m Entfernung am Rande der Altstadt. Vielen Dank nochmal für den schönen Urlaub.

Schöne Wohnung im Herzen von Villeneuve-les-Avignon

Sehr schön eingerichtete, geräumige Wohnung mit kleinem Balkon. Es ist fast alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Die Lage hat den Reiz, ein Teil des Lebens von Villeneuve zu sein, Bars, Cafés kleine Einzelhandelsgeschäfte, Wochenmarkt unmittelbar vor der Haustür. Trotzdem ist es eine vergleichsweise ruhige Lage, da der Verkehr überschaubar ist. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es im näheren Umkreis ausreichend. Die Wohnung ist ideal für Menschen, die es mögen, ein Teil des Lebens in Villeneuve zu sein. Darüber hinaus ist Villeneuve ein sehr schöner Ort mit einem typisch französischen Eigenleben in unmittelbarer Nähe von Avignon auf der anderen Rhôneseite. Die Vermieterin ist freundlich, unkompliziert, hilfsbereit und bei Problemen entgegenkommend. Empfehlenswert!

Parfait!

Il s'agit de notre 2e séjour dans le bel appartement d'Hélène où tout est fait pour se sentir chez soi. L'emplacement est idéal dans Villeneuve, mais aussi pour accéder à Avignon et aux alentours. Le logement parfait en tous points, chaleureux, douillet et propre. Nous reviendrons!

Beautiful Village of Avignon

The unit is very well equipped with cooking facilities as well as other needs to make it very comfortable and relaxing. Easy access to the older section of Avignon. Also plenty of local shops & restaurants in the immediate area. Great location to explore Provence, the Rhône area, and the wines. I would highly recommend this place. Loved it!!

The apt. was everything l saw on line...charming, airy, comfortable... It had a great kitchen and everything else we needed... The owner was very helpful...just a phone call away....l especially appreciated her arranging the taxi to the train...this was the best stay of all our places...for this vacation....

Wonderful visit to Provence!

The apartment was the perfect location from which to explore Avignon and the surrounding region. It was clean, well stocked with kitchen supplies and nice linens, and larger than I expected based on the photos. We had a very comfortable stay as a family of 4. We particularly enjoyed staying in Villeneuve-les-Avignon, which had the feel of a small town with all the essentials (boulangerie, marché, restaurants) without the bustle of a big city. I would definitely recommend this little gem for anyone coming to the region!

Wunderbares, gemütliches Apartment mit allem Komfort im Herzen von V. Les Avignon, mittendrin im Leben des Ortes und dennoch ruhig. Super Ausgangspunkt zu Fuss nach Avignon, aber auch Parkplätze vorhanden - ideal gelegen für Touren in die Umgebung. Geschäfte und Restaurants zahlreich in der Nähe.

Wonderful apartment in Villeneuve/Avignon

This is one of the best VRBOs that my family has ever stayed in. The pictures on the listing do not do it justice. Stylishly furnished apartment in the historic town of Villeneuve, right in the middle of sights, restaurants, etc. Extremely well furnished with high end appliances and furniture. We could have easily stayed here a month. Helen was extremely helpful and friendly. Villeneuve is a short bus ride, or 20 min walk across the bridge to Avignon, and is a great place to be based in. A little less busy and noisy than Avignon, but still plenty to do. The market on Thursday is one of the more beautiful we've seen in Europe.

What a beautiful apartment, large rooms and well equipped with everything you might need. Helene was so easy to deal with and was very flexible with our checkin timing. The apartment is situated in the most amazing town. We felt like we were in a fairy tale.

Top spot in Villeneuve les Avignon

Beautiful 2 bedroom (double beds only) apartment on first floor with little balcony. The rooms are very large and well appointed (except for a bread knife). Main bedroom has A/C and Helene has fans for the second bedroom and sitting room. Overlooks a square with a restaurant and shaded by a large tree and with lots of colourful pots. A multitude of restaurants are within five minutes walk. The amazing thing is that although very busy with people and vehicles coming and going, about 10.30 to 11.00 everyone goes home and it is quiet and peaceful until 7.00am. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Super Aufenthalt. Besonders zu empfehlen, um den Abend ausklingen zu lassen, ist das Lokal El Barrel direkt gegenüber dem Apartment.
