Gîte Panorama sleeps 8 to 15

A holiday cottage in the southern Ardèche (sleeps 10-15 ), adjoining our house, with a private swimming pool and a large, enclosed 4000m² garden with play areas for children. This charming, authentic, pleasant, spacious, and comfortable cottage has everything you need.
 
The Panorama is ideal for large groups of 10 to 15 people in a partially air-conditioned cottage, with free parking and WIFI.
 
The cottage has its own 3500 m2 plot of land, independent and without overlooking.
 
You are a 6-minute walk from all shops.

Outside: 8 parking spaces: at the back of the garden next to the swing.

The location of the gîte is ideal for group gatherings, 2 hours from major southern cities, halfway between Lyon/Marseille or Montpellier/St Etienne, and 30 minutes from the A7 motorway.

Its territory is crisscrossed by numerous greenways and cycle paths (including one just 2.5km from the gîte), making it ideal for family cycling holidays.
