Loft - Powered by Lieu-

In 2018, we opened our first XL holiday home; LOFT -Powered by Lieu-. Lieu: a name that’s an amalgamation of the first two letters of our surnames: Roger Lindelauf and Micky Eussen.

In the past, there used to be large gates
through which the farmers drove their tractors full of grapes. Now these gates have been transformed into large arched windows letting in the light.

This former wine cellar is now a magnificent 12-person holiday home under high, sturdy rafters and with a trendy seamless floor. LOFT
-Powered by Lieu- is suitable for one or more families, groups of friends, corporate retreats with multiple meetings with colleagues or small (themed) group trips.



THE ULTIMATE IN OUTDOOR LIVING

The LOFT has a beautiful courtyard with a heated swimming pool and 2 large terraces.
Through the large patio doors you enter the huge garden with a heated and secured 8 x 4m swimming pool. You have exclusive use of the pool with sun loungers and a very luxurious outdoor lounge area. There is also a BBQ area and a large terrace. On this terrace, in front of the loft, you will find a large dining table for al fresco dining. To the side of the loft is another terrace with garden furniture.
The atmospheric outdoor lighting, the fairy lights under the huge thatched parasol and the lights in the olive trees create a unique atmosphere in the evenings. The loft is above street level: you have a magnificent panoramic view over the roofs of Villedaigne.

AND WHAT DOES IT LOOK LIKE INSIDE?

300m2 of living space in the loft with 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped open kitchen, an infrared sauna and two large sitting areas.

Eclectically designed, sometimes sleek, sometimes nostalgic, with designer and vintage furniture and intimate lighting, it offers a truly beautiful setting at night.
The LOFT is an attractive large open space with a total living area of 300m2. The LOFT has a fully equipped large kitchen with 3 x 2 induction hobs, a large tall fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and double sink. The kitchen also has an island with a bar for entertaining.

Adjacent to the kitchen there is a 4 metre long table for 12 people, a cosy separate TV lounge (equipped with a 1.65m TV) with a library, a second cosy lounge with four two-seater sofas and a pool table.
There are 6 bedrooms, each with its own washbasin, Smart TV and air conditioning. There are also 3 bathrooms, 2 with large walk-in showers and sinks and 1 with a large walk-in shower, sink and bath. There are three separate toilets and a luxurious infrared sauna.
