    Una de las pocas casas en la zona construida justo en la playa.

    Vistas infinitas de agua en toda la casa y en las 1100 'de terraza.

     Aire acondicionado frío hielo con 3 zonas. Para los que les gusta el hielo y otros a los que les gusta.

    Espectacular casa en la playa ubicada en la playa de la Bahía de Delaware ... Perfecto para vacaciones familiares, reuniones o escapadas de fin de semana.

    Esta casa incluye seis habitaciones con vistas infinitas de agua, cuatro baños y medio, 2 master suites, 1 suite para la ley, sala de estar, comedor formal, gran salón, cocina de chef con electrodomésticos dacor, totalmente equipada para quienes aman cocinar. . La barbacoa justo fuera de la puerta de la cocina.

    1er piso en suite de leyenda. Con su propia sala de estar privada, baño completo y dormitorio.

    Para los huéspedes que viajan con miembros de la familia de edad avanzada, esta suite para suegros del primer piso es un servicio conveniente para limitar los viajes que suben y bajan las escaleras.

    Dos master suites con baño completo, están ubicadas en el segundo piso. Uno con un traje de dos habitaciones. Todas las habitaciones tienen vistas infinitas del agua y vestidores.

    Ya sea para tomar el sol o simplemente pasar el rato en los 1100 pies de la cubierta, con un porche cubierto. A tu familia y amigos les encantará la tranquilidad y las puestas de sol indescriptibles. A menudo se ven los delfines nadando a diario.

    Camina por lo que parece ser tu propia playa privada. Solo por la puerta y en la playa para recolectar hermosas conchas o simplemente tomar el sol.

    Cape May a solo minutos de una gran ciudad familiar con temas victorianos. Everything was as advertised: The house, the pool, the beach and the sunsets. My entire family was there and had a great time. We cooked dinner more than half the days, and it worked great, even with nine adults and an infant.When we had a question we got quick answer from the owner by text or phone call.

Fantastic property and amazing views

The house is amazing and every room is oversized. It is immaculately clean and has all the necessities for a home away from home. Every room has a view of the bay and the house is a destination in and of itself. We can’t say enough about what a fantastic place this is for a family vacation!

Spectacular view!

This property, the amenities and location were all amazing. The view of the water, dolphin sightings daily and incredible sunsets were just some of the things that made our vacation such a memorable one. Peter was super responsive when we had questions and generous with his time and knowledge of the area.

Family trip to the Cape.

House was perfect, just as described and clean. Owner called me the night before arrival to make sure I was all set. Kids loved having the pool to play in when we weren’t at the beach or enjoying the surrounding towns and boardwalk. Restaurants, beaches, and other sites were short drives. This was my first Vrbo experience and it went great.

We had the most wonderful stay here! We had 12 people of three generations and everyone had the best time. The views of the water from the house and deck were magical! The house is beautiful – clean and tidy and almost every bedroom felt like a master with bay views and/or a private bathroom. The pool and bayside beach access were perfect for our toddler-age kiddos. Lots of great restaurants and ice creams shops nearby, and also easy 20ish minute trips to downtown Cape May, Wildwood Boardwalk, and the zoo. I highly recommend this place for anyone considering it!! We can’t wait to stay again in the future!

Fantastic Family Vacation!

Our family enjoyed a fantastic vacation at this gorgeous, well-maintained, very accommodating property in Villas, NJ! It was a fabulous beachfront location with a beautiful pool area and patio. In addition to enjoying shops, eateries and grocery stores conveniently located in Villas, we enjoyed day trips to Cape May Zoo, Cape May, Avalon and Stone Harbor. Thank you very much for allowing us this delightful opportunity! We are deeply grateful.

Perfect in every way.....

This beautiful home is the ideal spot for a family or a group of friends who want get away from the hustle and bustle of most south Jersey shore communities. Located on a high bluff overlooking the beach and Delaware Bay but just 15 minutes from Cape May. It is incredibly private and in immaculate condition. Yes, the pool, furnishings and the evening sunsets are just as advertised-perfect! We have already recommended it to several friends and are considering returning next year.

AMAZING VIEW

The home was as pictured and clean. Peter gave great recommendations and was very easy to communicate with. It was awesome to see the dolphins and sunsets daily. The view from the home is AMAZING and there are lots of windows to see it! Pool and lawn sevice people maintained the property during our stay. There are stairs throughout the home and outside (sunken livingroom with doors that can be closed off, porches, livingroom to pool). We traveled with 4 generations ranging in age from 18-105. We were glad that we could shut the doors, but wished it was a little easier for the folks with canes/wheelchair in those areas as some stairs didnt have railings either. We would have liked more hooks to hang towels and mirrors to apply sunscreen, see outfit, etc. The edges of the pool stairs and seating in the pool are slippery so be cautious. It is a relaxing place to enjoy time with the people you are with and large enough to move around and not be on top of each other. The main area, from in-law suite through the kitchen, was level and spacious with plenty of room for the wheelchair to move with ease. We enjoyed playing cornhole, sitting in the pool, on the porch and in the area overlooking the beach. It is a great place to just "be" and enjoy the view.

Family Vacation on the bay

We had a great time as a family in this spacious home. Plenty of room for all of us to have our own spaces, including my mom who needed a bedroom on the ground floor. The bay view was lovely, and we were able to enjoy beach time daily. About 20min drive to Cape May, Wildwood, and the zoo.

This beautiful, spacious, and immaculate home easily accommodated our family of 10! The great layout provided lots of room to spread out and the well stocked kitchen and amenities made cooking and gathering very easy. My husband and I enjoyed the 1st floor in law suite right off the kitchen which was very spacious, peaceful and comfortable. We easily traveled to Cape May beaches and back, as well as enjoyed the local restaurants, breweries, and the Cape May zoo. Pete, the host, was very accommodating and spent lots of time giving us tips and info on sites to see, restaurants, and even where to go for great coffee and awesome donuts. Our favorite activity was gathering on the expansive deck every night from which we enjoyed the most spectacular sunsets! Great memories were made!! Thank you Pete and Patti!

Family vacation at the Shore

This was a wonderful home for a family vacation! The home is so well equipped so we could enjoy the beach, cooking, traveling to town and relaxing! We had space to have our own areas and to be together. You will love it!

comfortable home on Bay

Nicely appointed and comfortable home for a family vacation; plenty of rooms, space, excellent kitchen and expansive views of Delaware Bay. We saw many lovely sunsets on back deck and enjoyed the quiet and lack of crowds on the Bay beach. Also enjoyed the variety of things to do in Cape May besides the great beaches... Wineries, wildlife refuges, dolphin and bird watching, museums( Aviation WWII and the Tubman) . The owner was easily accessible and helpful with suggestions for dining and activities of interest...we were sorry to leave!!

Spectacular Views

We enjoyed a wonderful week at this gorgeous beach house. Very roomy and the expansive deck overlooking the water provided spectacular views of dolphins by day and sunsets by night.
