We had been in the area had booked a room at a hotel but then we heard about West End Flats, we checked it out and we were very impressed. On the other hand, we had booked a hotel online and not really satisfied with it. We are, ordinary people, but we still like a room that is clean and does not have a horrible smell.It's just we had booked it in already checked in. It was too late to get reimbursement. It was worth the one time...

"It was an absolutely absolutely beautiful stay. The room is clean. The bed is comfortable. I couldn't ask for more. The food for breakfast was very good. I did have to leave a day early though because of weather. They had asked me if I wanted to stay cuz they said that the roads would not be clear to drive home today I was actually able to leave so I will be contacting you to get my money back for today to cancel that trip for today"

"The room was very clean, closet smelled a litte weird but not unbearable. Having the kitchen, living room was great with a full sized fridge! Not to far down the road was everything u need. I would definitely recommend this place. I did not like theyre check out process, apparently the office is closed on Saturday, i had no idea what to do with the key. I ended up dropping it in the mail slot of the office door. Hopefully thats acceptable. Over all great stay"
