decent property - definitely shows better in photos. that was probably my biggest let-down. also, only staying one night, the room cleaner came into our room at 8 am despite check out time not being until noon. my kid was still asleep and I was in the shower. front desk service level definitely elevated the rating.

the hotel is good location and room is not bad. But I suffered seriously flu in flying and cancled all the meetings to fly back to home for fever and very uncomfortable body, when I talked to them try to cancel one night, nobody agreed to that. SO I just felt so disappointed for the service. I even lost my voice but nobody like to help me. so the hotel condition is not important but the human being is most important.
