"This hotel was exactly what I needed exactly when I needed it. Hotel staff fielded questions about posting parcels, got me a sewing kit, and made me cappuccino in the morning. "Unusual hotel that would have been amazing back in the day but now needs a lot of TLC however the rooms were clean but furniture a bit tatty. I would not consider it a 4 star hotel It would benefit from tea making facilities in the room and abolishing the single use shower gel which are so not good ..."
