The villa’s six bedrooms offer peace and tranquility. Two spacious bedrooms on the main floor offer stunning views—the first across the Gulf, the second facing the lush lavender courtyard. The garden level had four additional en-suite bedrooms each boast their own private veranda shaded by flowering plants.

Entertainment options are endless. Enjoy movies in the outdoor cinema beneath ancient olive trees, play petanque with family and friends, or relax on the sun deck. A private pier awaits, offering boat mooring, a diving rock, and complimentary canoes and paddleboards for exploring the bay. For a slower pace, unwind on a secluded swing bed surrounded by olive trees or challenge loved ones to a match on the table tennis table. For those seeking rejuvenation, a dedicated massage hut and yoga deck are set against the stunning backdrop of the sea.

A farm-to-table experience awaits with fresh produce from the estate's vegetable garden, fruit trees, and olive groves, while 500 olive trees produce exquisite extra virgin olive oil. —all cared for by the villa’s caretaker. Our free range chickens provide all the fresh eggs for the table and our guests are welcome to collect them each day.

Getting Around:

Most guests do not feel the need to leave the villa as there is so much to occupy themselves with!!! If you wish to explore, a car is recommended.



Other Things to Note:

The cook is included in the price and will cook 3 meals a day...you just pay for the food. A mini bar is also available, prices which are listed.



We can arrange a private excusion on an old kayak around the gulf, a stop for lunch at a traditional Greek taverna, swimming and dolphin watching.



For those speed lovers we can arrange a private rib boat day trip around the Ionian Islands.



Both boat trips can be arranged with the concierge



For the ultimate relaxation, there is a fully trained masseur who is available to come to the house...this is always popular with our guests... this is extra and payable direct to the masseur
