Kaylee's Kabin, in Valle Crucis, is located just off of Baird's Creek in The Greene Place. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath cabin has a king bedroom, a queen bedroom and a loft with a queen sleeper sofa. It's a dog friendly (pet fee, per pet) property with gated decks, air conditioning, hot tub, fire pit and a wood burning fireplace, so it's perfect for every season. In the living room you'll find a 55" HD Smart TV with Blu-ray dvd player for your viewing pleasure. The loft also has a 40" Smart TV with a Blu-ray/DVD player. Both the outdoor hot tub and the custom built fire pit are perfect for stargazing and enjoying those peaceful Valle Crucis nights. The locking gates on both deck entrances are perfect for keeping your pooch safe and secure while at the cabin.

- Please note that the distances shown on VRBO's map feature are measured in a straight line rather than actual road travel distances and times. We cannot change their setting for this, and encourage all guests to independently verify distances to desired destinations.
​​​​​​​- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided.
- This property is pet friendly with a pet rent of $25/nt per pet plus. Two dogs max, but a 3rd dog may be considered with owner permission. Weight limit of 65lbs. Pets other than dogs are not permitted.
- Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice for $25 per night plus taxes. This provides two wrapped bundles of wood and a firestarter per nightly bundle.
- Please observe a quiet hour of 10PM as there are full time residents nearby.
- AWD or 4WD vehicles are required during winter months. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
- Parking space for up to 3 vehicles.
- Check in is after 4pm and Checkout is by 10am
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.

CANCELLATION POLICY -
Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of he deposit.
Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee
