In Berry and near the Creuse, old farmhouse for lovers of the countryside, calm and wide open spaces in the middle of the fields.

You can fish in our private pond 100 meters from the house, you swim in the private unheated swimming pool of 8 x 4 meters (fenced and secured by an alarm) and the children will love the barnyard. House adjoining the owners' house with on the ground floor: fitted kitchen open to the living room, dining room, entrance hall and WC.

Upstairs 4 bedrooms each with shower room / wc: "Lilas" bedroom (1 180 cm bed or 2 single beds + 2 single beds), "Coquelicot" bedroom (1 180 cm bed or 2 single beds) 1 person), "Capucine" bedroom (1 180 cm bed or 2 single beds) and "Lavender" bedroom (1 180 cm bed or 2 single beds + 1 single bed).

Large garden with garden furniture, sandbox, slide, climbing frame, table tennis, pétanque court and private unheated 8 x 4 meter swimming pool (fenced and secured by an alarm)
Private parking and independent entrance.
The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and garbage cans), heating and electricity with reasoned and reasonable consumption - if the heating of the gîte is electric you have 15 Kwh per day (the excess will be paid on site to the hosts).

Property managed by a professional. Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets are allowed (information in the advertisement), charges may be applicable.

Séjour parfait

Super séjour dans cette magnifique maison, de tout repos pour se couper de la ville. Maison super bien aménager et très grande avec de jolies chambres et salle d'eau Enfants et adultes très satisfait. Petit parc à disposition avec petit toboggan, balançoire, table de ping pong, terrain de pétanque, piscine et un étang à deux pas pour les pecheurs. Plus que satisfaite de cette location, avec un très belle accueil des propriétaires qui sont très disponible. Merci encore
