"The property is huge and communal areas are nice and clean. Rooms are worn out, multiple things not working in the bedrooms, when asked to help out- there was this one gentleman who was kind and probably the only handyman for the hotel , who unfortunately couldn’t do a lot to get the Jacuzzi working or even the broken safe. "Some of the reception staff were not very helpful or accommodating. The hotel was nice, took a about 20 mins by metro. The surrounding area is a nice balance of lively and peaceful. Felt very safe walking around at night, Corso Como which is very close by is a nice area with restaurants and bars. Did not try breakfast and seemed quote expensive for what was on offer"

"Wir waren zum Ende unserer Flitterwochen im Winter Garden. Ein sehr schön eingerichtetes Hotel in der Nähe des Flughafens mit einem noch schöneren Wellnessbereich. Die Einlassregelung fanden wir sehr angenehm, dadurch wurde es auch nicht zu voll. Tip: bei Interesse vorher kontaktieren. Parkmöglichkeiten top, Kommunikation vor Ort sehr angenehm, besonders im Spa Bereich. Auch das Shuttle zum Flughafen haben wir mehrfach mit Gästen gesehen. Top Service. Gerne wieder!"
