"The hotel was perfectly located; just outside the old town and great to explore the surrounding area. Free parking within a 5 min walk. The room was spacious, clean and overlooking the town square. In addition, the rooftop patio is fabulous and the breakfast that is served is delicious. As to the owners, extremely helpful, friendly and lots of local tips. This is the place to be if you want to stay in Vieste."

"Struttura curata, camere pulite e spaziose ( avevamo con noi anche il nostro barboncino Leo), colazione a buffet con scelta infinita di prodotti sia dolci che salati. Bici a disposizione gratuita molto apprezzato. Lido convenzionato con animali ammessi. Davvero un bel weekend rilassante e piacevole."

"The check in was a breeze. Francesca was extremely helpful to work with. She’s fluent in English, and helped us with everything, like directions to the town and parking. There’s a big parking lot in front of the hotel. While the room is a little dated, it is compensated with nice balcony overlooking the sea, and the best Buffett Breakfast in our Italian tour. We also requested 2 extra pilliows as there were only 2 pillows. Thanks Francesca. Will be back."

"Decisamente un paradiso. Ottima pulizia e comodità di parcheggio. Colazione buonissima e disponibilità del personale. La camera con il balcone davvero molto bella, il faro, le stelle, sembrava una cartolina. Venendo da lontano ed avendo trovato del traffico, abbiamo chiesto la cortesia di attendere il check in alle 21:30, ci hanno gentilmente atteso ed è stato molto gradito. Speriamo di tornare presto. "

"Outstanding and spacious room, shower, bed, pillows, etc. Looks brand new. Like many places in italy and europe, you have to use stairs to get to the room and the location, but very close by to main areas in Vieste. Fully recommend it"

"Our stay was excellent at this hotel. Our room was spacious, very clean and had 2 balconies that had sea views including the lighthouse. The shower was great and large. We had a kitchen but didn’t use it though it was fully equipped. Francesco, the manager, was extremely helpful; meeting us outside the hotel and assisted with the parking of our vehicle which was included with our room. He answered all our questions, was very informative and basically a call away any time. Our breakfast was...
