The small apartment was born from the complete renovation of an old building, finished in 2022. The small house today looks like a finished studio apartment, lofted and equipped with all the accessories to spend a comfortable and relaxing stay.
The entrance is into the living area furnished with 1 double pull-out bed, open kitchen and dining room. There is also a shower room on this floor.
An internal staircase leads to the upper floor, a loft furnished with a double bed.

L`Ulivo is a small vacation home ideal for a peaceful stay, in the center of Vieste, among the most beautiful tourist destinations of the Gargano, in Puglia.
All amenities are within easy reach. The beautiful beach of Marina Piccola with the lighthouse in front is just 200 meters away.
The apartment is located in a ZTL zone, from mid-May until the end of September you cannot park or transit in the neighborhood from 8 p.m. to 7 a.m. the following morning.
 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 20 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The property is located in the Z.T.L. area from 15/05 to 30/09.
