At Casa Anonna you will enjoy spacious accommodations with breathtaking views, a private pool, expansive and secure gated property for total privacy, an oasis nestled on a hillside away from the hustle bustle of town and tourists in the midst of authentic Vieques neighborhood but still only 5-10 minutes from all the essentials and beautiful beaches.

Casa Anonna is conveniently located on this beautiful small island in the residential neighborhood of Monte Santo, which is mid-way between the two main towns, Esperanza and Isabel Segundo. Its location makes for easy and quick access to all shopping, dining, nightlife, sight seeing and beaches. (Some mode of transportation is strongly recommended.)

From the moment you step foot on the grounds, you will marvel at the spectacular panoramic views of the Caribbean from the unit and your private spacious veranda. You look out upon the northern portion of Vieques and the coast line of Puerto Rico while enjoying your meals, cocktails and your extensive quiet time with refreshing island breezes.

The expansive property is located in a safe and friendly neighborhood but is still secured by a perimeter wall and locked gated entry. Ultimately providing you extra security and privacy to enjoy the exceptional views.

When you explore the grounds you will encounter tropical plants such as Birds of Paradise as well as numerous palm, avocado, banana, papaya, coconut, mango and tamarind trees.

Central to the property is a large private swimming pool with lounge chairs to relax in while taking in the views and perhaps catching an iguana steal a drink from the pool.

***PLEASE TAKE NOTE*** The property consists of three units and this rental post is for the second level of the property. Each unit has its own private entrance and the position of each one makes it feel like a private home.

THIS IS THE MIDDLE LEVEL (2nd Floor) UNIT - with two bedrooms and one full bathroom. There are a total of 3 beds (1 queen and 2 twins.) Sleeps 4 -5 children/adults. There is space for a crib in the bedrooms. There is a twin bed size rollaway available for one additional guest on request only.

The unit has:

- A fully stocked kitchen with cookware and all of the large and small appliances you will need to have the ability to make any or all of your meals at home.

- A living area has all of the essentials you will need for a comfortable stay. There are ceiling fans through out, flat screen TV with DVD player, Dish Network access and WiFi.

- A private veranda/patio with dining table, lounge chairs, ceiling fans and gas grill.

- Each bedroom has an AC unit to ensure a comfortable nights sleep if the breezes and ceiling fans aren't enough. The AC only operates from 4:30PM to 9:00AM and will only keep the bedrooms cool. This unit is not fully air conditioned, if that’s what you require then my home will not work for you.

- Access to 2 beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, and a small soft insulated cooler and jug to keep lunch/snacks/drinks cold!


*** In event of a power outage each unit has a small generator available to power the refrigerator, fans and small appliances. There are also 2 large cisterns for backup water supply.***
