Our "Chez Schneider" - Studios are two chic, typical Viennese City apartments close to Karmelitermarkt which show a combination of classic Viennese amenities and architect-planned and handpicked interior.

We have thought about what makes an apartment in a (still) unknown city a refuge. Our guests should finally feel here, "Chez Schneider" as residents of the Carmelite district. That is why we have thought of many important and also precious little things while living in Vienna.

These are two separate apartments, each one complete with up to 4 beds, bathroom and kitchen, linked by a common entree. They are therefore ideal for families, friends or two groups which travel together but which like to have some privacy as well.

Of course, with the best of everything: the autonomy of apartments with no hidden extras but with added value such as bicycles and individual recommendations (and not travel guide "secrets"). Functionally, chic and contemporary. An authentic atmosphere should be felt without junk. Close to downtown (on foot!) and nestled in a vibrant neighborhood with great infrastructure, plus a pinch of hip. Design yes, but not idiotic. Chic, but without chichi.

Should you wish any special treatment, please just ask. We have a solution for almost everything.

- Assignment for 1 to 4 people possible per apartment, with small people with great personalities (babies, toddlers) even more
- Bespoke carpenter beds with mattresses for optimal sleeping in the Viennese nights

- Fully equipped kitchenette with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery, as well as baking and microwave oven to cook for ourselves

Perfect Vienna Stay

Elizabeth’s apartment is in a wonderful central location, close to transportation, restaurants, and shopping. It was plenty of space for our two families traveling together. The apartments are beautiful and very clean. They had all of the amenities we needed, and the sleeping arrangements were quite comfortable. Elizabeth was always responsive a trine we had questions and extremely friendly. The apartment was filled with lots of useful information to utilize during our stay. We would highly recommend this property.

Die Kommunikation und Buchung verliefen absolut reibungslos und unkompliziert. Die Gastgeberin war von Anfang an äußerst hilfsbereit und hat uns mit vielen wertvollen Tipps versorgt, von der besten Anreisemöglichkeit bis hin zu Restaurantempfehlungen, die einen Wien Aufenthalt einfach perfekt ergänzen.

Unsere kleine Oase in Wien!

Wir können diese 2 tollen Wiener Stadtappartements wärmsten weiterempfehlen! Es war wirklich alles vorhanden was wir brauchten. Und falls wir Fragen hatten, bekamen wir sofort Antwort von der lieben Gastgeberin. Es war alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Auch das Stadtviertel ist schön und ruhig gelegen. Wir haben alle sehr gut geschlafen in diesen zwei Stadtappartements. Da wir mit 2 Autos angereist waren, mussten wir eine passende und kostengünstige Lösung finden, da das Parken in ganz Wien kostenpflichtig ist. Die Lösung für uns: In Park-and-ride-Anlagen können die Autos günstig geparkt werden und mit den Öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln weitergefahren werden. In den Park & Ride-Garagen kostet Parken nur EUR 4,10 pro Tag. Diese Park & Ride Anlagen sind gut mit den Öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln verbunden. Alles in allem haben wir einen perfekten Aufenthalt in Wien genossen, Vielen Dank!

Quiet and convenient location

This property was located ideally, nearby the city center (within walking distance) but removed enough to be quiet. It's within a short walk of a grocery store as well as many cafes, bakeries and restaurants plus the Augarten, a large park containing a beautiful garden, museum and walking paths. We arrived during the August timeframe when many restaurants are closed for vacation. Our family has dietary restrictions, so in light of this and the restaurant closures, we utilized the well-stocked kitchen. This is a property with two suites each containing a bed for two, kitchen, sitting area and bathroom. We were traveling as a family, and our two young adult children did not want to share a bed. One of them slept comfortably on the extensive couch. The beds are very comfortable. One property fronts the street, and the other has a patio off a rear courtyard. The suites are cleanly and comfortably decorated. Elisabeth is a lovely and responsive hostess. This property is a 5 out of 5!

Spotlessly clean, well-appointed, spacious apartments, ideal for two small adult groups. Host was extremely helpful with lots of information. Situated in a convienient and quiet neighbourhood with restaurants, supermarket, bus, tram and U Bahn links all nearby. Thank you Elisabeth!

One week in Vienna

« Josephine » und «Leopold » konnten unseren Erwartungen voll entsprechen. Die Appartements sind im Design schlicht und funktionell, aber extrem gut gelegen in Punkto Supermarkt, Cafés, Restaurants und Anbindung zum 1. Bezirk. Zu Fuß haben wir 10 Minuten bis zum Donaukanal gebraucht und 20 Minuten bis zum Stephansdom. Die beiden Appartements waren sehr sauber und die Klimaanlage hat prima funktioniert. Unsere Ankunft hat reibungslos geklappt und die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr effizient. Der Parking, den die Vermieterin zusätzlich mit anbietet, ist quasi vis-à-vis. Der Augarten ist nur ein paar Schritte entfernt und hat uns morgens zu einer kleinen Runde „Kulturjoggen“ inspiriert. Eine zentrale aber ruhige Unterkunft, die man jederzeit wieder buchen kann.

Perfect for two couples

This was the ideal apartment for our long Christmas weekend in Vienna. Our first time to this wonderful city and the apartment was perfect for two couples. Large private suites and an internal hallway that connects the two privately. Each couple had their own space but we could also gather for drinks, wine, food and cribbage. Location was close to local transportation and plenty of restaurants and stores within walking distance. We also enjoyed the small farmers' market two blocks away on Sat morning. Would definitely stay here again. The host was also very communicative and helpful when needed.

Sehr stylisch eingerichtet! Beide Appartements ergänzen sich super! Nur zwei Kleinigkeiten wären verbesserbar: leichte Bettdecken und Kissen für den Sommer und eine leichter steuerbare Klimasnlage. Alles andere war super!

Nice and quiet neighborhood far from tourists. The apartment is confortable and cozy.

Perfekte Location

Die Appartements sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, blitzsauber, es ist alles sehr durchdacht sowohl die Einrichtung als auch die Ausstattung. Die Appartements liegen in einem tollen Viertel, schöne Bars und gute Restaurants um die Ecke. Trotzdem ist es nachts absolut ruhig. Alles in allem ein Glücksgriff für uns, wir kommen gerne wieder und können die Appartments nur weiterempfehlen!

Modern, clean, perfect location!

We are a family of 5 (dad, mom and three teens). We loved the apartments! They were spotless, nicely decorated and very spacious. Location is very close to metro and nice restaurants. If you don't like to use the metro, you can walk 10 min to the city. The owner as very attentive and responsive.

Sehr nette Vermieterin! Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Sieht alles genauso aus, wie auf dem Foto.

Es ist alles so fahren, wie beschrieben. Natürlich Details (angefangen von Salz- und Zuckerstreuer bis hin zur Waschmaschine. Zu Ostern gab es sogar bunt bemalte Ostereier und Oster-Süßigkeiten! Können wir auf jeden Fall nur weiter empfehlen. Wir hatten als Familie mit drei Kindern und zwei Erwachsenen beide Appartments; das war optimal.
