The space

Welcome to this spacious and thoughtfully designed 200 m² villa, perfect for families, friends, or large groups of up to 16 guests. With six inviting bedrooms and flexible sleeping arrangements, everyone can enjoy comfort and privacy. Each bedroom features a queen-size bed (160x200 cm), and most rooms also offer a sofa bed—ideal for maximizing space for larger groups.

The villa includes a fully equipped kitchen, complete with an oven, stove, microwave, cutlery, pans, and all essential utensils—perfect for preparing delicious home-cooked meals.

There are four half bathrooms in total, with two separate toilets. One half bathroom includes a bathtub with a shower, while the other has a shower only. This setup ensures plenty of access and privacy for all guests.

One WC and one bathroom are located on the first floor, and another WC and bathroom are on the second floor.

Please note that a washing machine is not currently available, and the TVs in the property are decorative and not functional.
