This new design apartment for 6 persons is located in the well-known Mariahilferstr. and is therefore within walking distance to almost all sights of the city. The high ceilings of the old Viennese townhouses and the special taste of the designer makes you feel right when entering the apartment in the middle of the Viennese life. The 2 cozy bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 extra toilet and the living-dining area and large kitchen offer plenty of space for nice days together.

You step out the door and find yourself surrounded by various shops, restaurants, bars and history. The Hofburg, the historical museum Vienna and the museum quarter can be reached in 10 minutes. An absolute must is the visit to the legendary and only 700m entefernten Naschmarkt.

This apartment was AMAZING! Better than described in our opinion. The kitchen was very well supplied, beds were great, and the apartment is extremely spacious. Location could not have been better for us as it was out first time in Vienna. Would absolutely stay here if coming to Vienna.

A variety of lights were burnt out and for a higher end property oddly there was no microwave. The temperature control on the master bedroom shower control was broken and not fixed until the second last day of our stay. Overall somewhat disappointing.

We had a winderfult time exploring Vienna! Belle Art was a clean, spacious and comfortable place to stay. Check in and out were very easy! Mara was easy to communicate with and gave helpful information. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this residence!

Excellent property in Vienna

We enjoyed the spaciousness, location, facilities and 2.5 baths of this place. The host was prompt in communication and courteous. This is close to most attractions if not in the heart of the ring. You can walk to the State Opera in about 15-20 minutes. There are plenty of shops and restaurants around. Two subway lines are within 5 and 10 minutes walk each. The property was as shown in the photos. Highly recommend!!!

Amazing Location and clean property!

6 of us (three couples) stayed here for 3 nights. The location cannot be beat. 3 minute walk to the underground that gets you around the entire city. But you can stay here as this area has so many restaurants and bars right there! Plus the best shopping up and down the street. Ten minute walk to Nashmarkt. Fifteen minute walk and we're in the city centre. Property was clean and had everything we needed for the three nights. Espresso machine was fantastic every morning. Washrooms and bedrooms were great. Lots of fans to keep the place cool. Overall, I can't pick one thing wrong with this property! THANKS!

Fantastic apartment!

This was the most beautiful, spacious VRBO in which I’ve ever stayed. Location was fantastic, incredibly clean, very well finished with great amenities. Communication with the owner was consistently prompt & always a positive interaction. I VERY HIGHLY recommend this apartment!

Quiet appartment in great location

Clean, spacious and very well equipped appartment in a nice area close to Spittelberg with a lot shops, cafes and restaurants. Yet, very quiet even with the windows open. Recommended.

Location of this property was the greatest benefit. It's located within 20 mins (walking distance) of 5 Christmas markets. It's surrounded by multiple food options so you never have to worry about finding a bite to eat. The overall property was good. We had issues with one of the showers not having hot water. The owner was responsive and had a plumber come out to check on it; however, they needed a part and weren't able to fix it.

Nice in some areas, not in others

Stayed here with my 2 daughters and a few things were a challenge. The apartment is large and very clean. The description says clothes dryer (one of the main reasons we booked this apartment). There is a,small washer and drying rack, but no clothes dryer. A rack is not a clothes dryer, especially in winter. Also when we arrived the apartment was very cold. We kept trying to work the thermostat (no instructions), emailed the house manager several times, and finally heard back it's radiator heat. It took most of the night to heat the apartment. Lastly, I had emailed the owner several times about a severe feather allergy and was assured there were no feathers. We'll, every pillow was feather. We got new pillows for the 2nd night, but we were only there 3 nights. The owner gave us a small refund, but it definitely didn't cover no sleep the first night. The location is out of the City loop, so it's about a 15 min walk. Not too bad, but in retrospect, we would've stayed closer in (especially given the dryer ans heater issues). Lastly, we left something expensive in the apartment. I emailed the owner within hours of leaving and got no reply.

Wonderful stay

Our stay was great! The neighborhood is close enough to all the sites, and convenient stores within the same block. We could walk to many restaurants and bars nearby. The apartment is laid out well. The master bathroom is enormous, and the kitchen is equipped with everything we needed. Highly recommend!
