This newly built, modern apartment and building (constructed in 2019) in a quiet and high quality neighborhood, offers a perfect location for your stay in Vienna. With a kitchenette, a living room, and a bedroom inside the apartment and additionally, a swimming pool for guests/residents of the building.

The recreational area "Alte Donau" with a calm lake for swimming or relaxing is just 5 - 10 min walk!

**IMPORTANT: POOL IS CLOSED FROM OCTOBER-APRIL**

This is the perfect apartment for a single person or couple looking to enjoy a stay in Vienna whether short-term, or long-term for work or long vacation. The apartment also has a sofa that can be converted into a double bed, in case up to 4 people want to stay in the residence.

Guests have access to the apartment and the pool. Please be aware that the pool can be used until 9pm everyday !

Currently the Pool is set to open on 29th May. Please be aware that due to circumstances out of our control, there could be restrictions to use of the swimming pool! Any restrictions are unfortunately unpredictable, and will therefore not be subject to a refund or reduction of the rental price. We apologise in advance for any issues related to this. "

The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and perfect for a family vacation. It is close (5-10min) to the donau lake (for summer time lake swimming) and two tram stations (or 10min by foot) from a big shopping center and food court.

A tram station is right infront of the door, which needs 5min to the subway station, or the subway is 10min away by foot, with a total 20 min travel time to the United Nations Building located in "Donau City". The city center is another 10min beyond "Donau City", using the same subway line, so the apartment is well located for tourist sites as well as offices along the "U1".
