"I was happily surprised by this place, because I was concerned about. the area. I was happy to hear that guests had to be let in the front door, cars had to be registered, and they had a security guard. We had a dog with us. The bed was nice and firm, the kitchen was better than I expected as far as dishes,pans, etc...
The tub was nice, plenty of towels. I was happy. I'm glad I brought my own pillows, but besides that I will ,we will , definitely be back. "

"The rooms are small but nice. It’s a beautiful hotel. The lobby is nice and welcoming. The staff were amazing. The next time we come back to Seattle we are definitely staying again and a lot of that has to do with the staff. (Cleaning staff included. Incredibly sweet and attentive) We can’t wait to come back when the weather is nicer so we can utilize the rooftop. Only complaint to possibly have are the pillows are not the best. One isn’t enough but two is too much you know? But if the worst...

"We found lots of dirty dishes and our first room had some issues. When we went in the sofa bed was pulled apart and had a metal rods sticking out of it. The staff was great and got us right into a new room. The sheets had holes in them but did seem to be clean."

"The hotel was fully renovated a short time ago. It looks beautiful, but they missed some key things that are safety risks. Example: carpet tacks sticking out of the carpet near the window seats. We stayed in a King suite, but the sitting room lacked good lighting and the bathroom is very small. The mamagement is great and the front desk staff were very nice. Breakfast at the restaurant was terrible. Served cold with bad portions. The location is very convenient. 3 stars."
