"Used to be a great place.
Staff was ok. Kim was awesome.
During breakfast a teenage girl went to make waffles and the spout for the batter came off. Totally not the girls fault but the staff member sure made it seem that way.
Internet was almost unusable.
Locked out of room multiple times due to bad key? Every once in a while of leaving the room the electronic lock would beep about 7 times. Staff didn't know why.
2 TV remotes per room, one of which did nothing. Batteries on my...

"This hotel was ok, very busy alit of people, most going on cruises, so kind of hectic. My room was clean and comfortable. The coffee was awful ! I like regular coffee but their machines were the espresso kind, jyst foamy coffee! They need to have regular machines in rooms! Our promised shuttle to our ship never happened. It was getting late and our boarding time was soon. We ended up calling an uber to take us to the pier! So beware of that! They only had 2 elevators , which weren’t working...

"We recently stayed here for a one-night visit, and it was a very positive experience overall. It’s a great choice for travelers who need a reliable and comfortable place for a quick stay. Close to SeaTac airport.
Since we had a very early departure, we weren't able to sit down for a full meal, but we were pleasantly surprised that a grab-and-go breakfast was provided. It made our morning much easier and was a thoughtful touch for guests on a tight schedule.

We arrived and had to wait 40 mins for check in, got to our room and couldn’t turn the shower on unless you get inside the shower, power for usb cables didn’t work, some lights wouldn’t turn on, no instructions for the coffee machine so water in one canister leaked everywhere, windows let light in so no blackout and the air conditioning didn’t get below 72 , so unique yes , famous name yes but aged and lacked...

The breakfast had many various options with real ceramic plates and coffee cups and real glasses for juice and water.
