The apartment sleeps up to 6 guests comfortably with 3 bedrooms:

• 2 rooms with cosy double beds
• 1 room with 2 single beds — ideal for friends or kids

Each room is simple, clean, and built for rest after long sunny days.

A full bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet. Neat, functional, and just what you need.

While the apartment doesn’t have air conditioning, fans are provided in each room to keep the space cool and comfortable during your stay. It’s all part of Gozo’s laid-back charm — breezy, natural, and relaxed.

🚶‍♀️Please note: the building does not have a lift, so a few stairs may be part of your island experience. But once inside, you’ll find everything you need to feel right at home.

Tucked in the center of the island, Victoria (also known as Rabat) is the beating heart of Gozo. Rich in history and tradition, this charming town blends narrow alleyways, peaceful squares, and breathtaking views with everything you need close by — from local bakeries and cafés to grocery shops and cultural gems.

🛍️ Just a stroll away, you’ll find the Citadel, an ancient fortified city that offers panoramic views of the whole island. Wander through its stone paths, visit quaint museums, and stop for a coffee in the sunshine.

🍽️ In Victoria, life moves a little slower — and that’s exactly the beauty of it. Grab a bite in the local restaurants, explore artisan boutiques, or stock up on fresh produce from the daily markets in Independence Square.

🚗 And when you`re ready for the beach? Victoria is just a short drive or bus ride away from Gozo’s most loved beaches like Ramla Bay, Dwejra, and Xlendi.

Getting around Gozo is easy and relaxed — just like island life itself.

🚌 By Bus: The Victoria Bus Terminal is just minutes away, and it connects you to all corners of the island — from the beaches to the cliffs and hidden villages. It’s an affordable and scenic way to explore.

🚗 By Car or Scooter: Renting a car or scooter is a great option if you’d like more freedom and flexibility to discover Gozo’s coastal spots and countryside at your own pace.

🚶‍♀️ On Foot: Staying in Victoria means you’re already at the island’s center — many shops, cafes, and cultural sights are within walking distance.

🛥️ Ferry Connections: Planning a day trip to Malta? The Gozo Channel ferry from Mgarr is only a 15–20 minute drive away.

Very important notes before booking:

1. We have STRICT noise policies, therefore when booking, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours and the common areas.

*Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines and immediate vacation of the property.

2. During the lovely summer season, although we do sanitise, some ants and cockroaches are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed.

3. Early check-in and late check-outs are subject to availability of the day however we truly appreciate if check-in and check-out times are always respected.

4. Self check-ins is provided and details and instructions are to be sent 24 hours prior check-in date.

5. Waste schedules are shown in the check-in guide, putting the waste at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, local fines may apply. Kindly note that streets are constantly monitored.

6. What is included in the apartment.

* Shower gel
* Plate liquid soap
* Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
* Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage.
* Garbage bags
* Linens for the bed
* Towels per person

7. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book.

If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.

8. NO PETS ALLOWED.

9. Smoking inside the property is not permitted and any smoke detectors found removed will be charged accordingly.

10. Any damages or missing items will be charged directly to the guest/s.
