The bright and cozy living area features a 120 cm sofa bed, suitable for 2 children or 1 adult, a pleasant dining area, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and direct access to the outdoors.
The modern and exceptionally well-equipped kitchen lets you cook just like at home. You’ll find: a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine, refrigerator, and a separate freezer, not to mention all the kitchen utensils you’ll need for daily use.
For sleeping arrangements, the apartment features a large, comfortable bedroom with a 160 cm double bed.

The modern and functional bathroom includes a shower, sink, toilet, towel warmer, and a hair dryer.

👉 On arrival, the RIBOLEYS concierge service will provide you with a welcome kit, including tea towels, microfibre cloths, a new sponge, dishwasher tablets, washing-up liquid, bin bags and a bath mat, so you can settle in comfortably as soon as you arrive.

A typical Occitan village nestled in a stunning natural setting, Vias is also a modern, vibrant and family-friendly seaside resort.
There is plenty to do: strolls along the Canal du Midi, a leisurely walk along the seafront, a visit to the André Malraux art gallery, a day out at Europark, bike hire or water sports (paddleboarding, jet-skiing, sailing, kitesurfing, wakeboarding, sea kayaking…).

The beaches are easily accessible via cycle paths or the car parks provided.
The accommodation is situated right next to restaurants, bars and shops.

Mit dem Zug: Der Bahnhof von Vias liegt 1 Kilometer vom historischen Zentrum von Vias entfernt. Für diejenigen, die lieber über Agde anreisen möchten, gibt es einen größeren Bahnhof, an dem TER- und TGV-Züge halten. Dieser Bahnhof ist nur 5 Kilometer vom Zentrum von Vias entfernt.
Mit dem Flugzeug: Über den Flughafen Béziers Cap d’Agde können Sie Vias mit dem Flugzeug erreichen. Dieser Flughafen liegt 5 Kilometer vom Stadtzentrum von Vias entfernt.
Mit dem Bus: Die Busgesellschaft Hérault Transport verbindet Vias mit verschiedenen Städten im Departement Hérault.

## Notes
Im Juli und August kann die Unterkunft nur von Sonntag bis Sonntag gemietet werden.
Bei Ihrer Ankunft wird eine Kaution in Höhe von 400 € verlangt.
Reisende müssen ihre eigene Bettwäsche und Handtücher mitbringen.
Es besteht die Möglichkeit, Bettwäsche- und Handtuch-Sets für 10 € pro Person zu reservieren.
Außerhalb der Monate Juli und August ist die Endreinigung optional.
Auf Wunsch können wir diese jedoch für Sie gegen eine Pauschale von 84 € inkl. MwSt. übernehmen.
Im Juli und August ist die Endreinigung obligatorisch.
Die Reinigungskosten sind vor Ort zu begleichen, sofern sie nicht in der Buchung enthalten sind.
Jugendgruppen werden nicht akzeptiert.
Haustiere sind in dieser Unterkunft nicht gestattet.
