Located on the third floor and accessible by elevator, this spacious and modern 3-bedroom apartment in Viana do Castelo is the perfect choice for families and friends seeking a comfortable and stylish getaway.

The open living space features a homely fireplace, creating a warm and inviting relaxing atmosphere. The modern decor and furnishings add a touch of elegance to the apartment with a comfortable sofa, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options, and a dining table for six. The living room also boasts a balcony with stunning sea views, allowing you to soak in the beauty of the surroundings.

The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, a microwave and a counter with four chairs. The apartment also has a dishwasher, making it convenient for you to clean up after preparing a delicious meal, a washer, a clothes dryer, a drying rack and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The master bedroom is a luxurious haven, featuring a king-sized bed, a walk-in closet, and a private bathroom. The other two bedrooms are equally inviting, with two single beds each, providing ample space for everyone. All the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and balconies, allowing you to enjoy the fresh air and beautiful views. All beds have complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The three bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, a hair dryer and complimentary toiletries.

Additionally, there is complimentary parking on the street for those travelling with their vehicle.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Praia da Amorosa is a beautiful beach in Viana do Castelo. The name "Praia da Amorosa" translates to "Beach of the Amorous" or "Loving Beach."

One of the unique features of this beach is the presence of large rock formations, adding an exciting element to the landscape. These rocks can be fun to explore, creating natural pools and little nooks visitors can discover.

The beach has facilities, including cafes, restaurants, and beach bars, where you can enjoy delicious seafood and other Portuguese dishes while taking in the coastal ambience.

The Kartódromo de Viana is also an exciting karting circuit in Viana do Castelo, Portugal. It is a popular destination for karting enthusiasts and those seeking a thrilling and fun experience. The course offers a well-designed and safe track where drivers can put their driving skills to the test while competing with friends and family.

The property is easily accessible by taxi, Uber and car.

Francisco Sá Carneiro's Airport is a 43-minute drive from the property.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
