Tenant's home insurance:
When renting a secondary holiday home in France, you must be insured in case of a liable incident. Upon signing the rental contract, we will ask you to send us your civil liability insurance certificate for the rental of a holiday home in France, covering both movable and immovable property. If your personal insurance does not cover these risks, you can subscribe to our ADAR insurance (optional), which covers your tenant liability on movable and immovable property, as well as possible cancellation or interruption of your stay. The cost is 4% of the rental amount.

Security deposit:
A security deposit will be requested upon your arrival during the inventory, by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) not charged. Please ensure your credit card limit is sufficient for the pre-authorization to be accepted. You can also activate your security deposit via our Swikly service.
