Bright Apartment "La Fenière"

Welcome to La Fenière!
We will be delighted to welcome you to La Fenière, a bright 60 m² apartment located on the first floor of our house, a beautiful building dating from the nineteenth century in which we live.
The apartment has an independent entrance, accessible by a staircase. The property is fully fenced and you can park two vehicles in peace.
Completely renovated and air-conditioned, the apartment offers a pleasant view of the garden and consists of a living room with living room and kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet.
The living room, very bright, has two sofa beds for you to rest and a small desk for working. It is equipped with reversible air conditioning.
You will also find a TV and wired Internet access (no Wi-Fi). We provide Ethernet cables and USB adapters, so you can easily stay connected.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals:
• four-burner induction hob;
• hood;
• oven;
• microwave;
• toaster;
• kettle;
• Nespresso coffee machine;
• large fridge-freezer.
Bedrooms
Bedroom 1 has a 140 x 190 cm bed.
Bedroom 2 has two beds of 90 x 190 cm.
Each room is equipped with reversible air conditioning, to guarantee you a pleasant night's sleep, even on hot summer days.

Dogs are happy to go! We have two very nice Border Collies ourselves, who are part of the life of the house.

La Fenière is in a great location to enjoy the area to the fullest.
The centre of the charming village of Vers-Pont-du-Gard can be reached in just 2 minutes on foot. Here you will find all the necessary amenities: bakery, newsagent, grocery store, market on Saturday mornings, as well as café-restaurants.

The famous Pont du Gard is just a 5-minute drive away.
For hiking enthusiasts, you can also reach it on foot in about 45 minutes, via beautiful paths following the route of the ancient Roman aqueduct to the bridge. The house also has quick access to paths in the Garrigue.

The village is located near the Gardon gorges, a magnificent natural setting suitable for swimming, canoeing, hiking and cycling.
Cyclists will be able to enjoy the greenway as well as single tracks through the garrigue, especially for mountain bike enthusiasts.
Uzès, Nîmes and Avignon nearby
The magnificent ducal city of Uzès is only 15 minutes away.
You can also reach Nîmes and Avignon in about 30 minutes by car, which will allow you to easily discover the cultural and historical riches of the region.

Whether you want to discover the heritage of the Gard, enjoy nature, go for beautiful walks or simply relax in peace, La Fenière is an ideal starting point to discover the region.
