This home had lots of beds, large areas to sit and visit, and a great kitchen and eating areas. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, and communication with our host was friendly and easy.Some of the pictures on the listing may be a bit outdated - I noticed that the ping pong table (which is on top of the pool table) and foosball table are now on tile, not carpet. The hot tub was fun for us all, and there were plenty of towels.It was too cold to go outside, but it had a spacious back yard, porch and grill. There was a lot of junky-looking stuff off to the side of the yard which might have been an issue if my kids wanted to explore outside, but it didn't affect us staying inside except for it being an eyesore out of the beautiful sunroom sitting room.We used the kitchen and found it well-provided for with basics of salt/pepper, oil, pots/pans/serving utensils. It had a stove and oven top that were easy to use. Appliances (dishwasher, washer and dryer) were all easy to use with well-stocked soap and detergents.It was spendy, but definitely comparable to what we would have to spend on a hotel room for our family size, and this was much more spacious and pleasant than a hotel.The listing advertises a pool/communal pool, which we were not expecting to use anyway since we visited in March, but there was no pool. Maybe it was referring to the hot tub.The home is a duplex. The other side of the duplex appeared uninhabited while we were there.We would stay again.
