Golf and Tennis available nearby, 6 public tennis courts, 14 Golf courses with the new PGA Golf Club and new Pete Dye course.

Beaches are great with warm turquoise waters. The area is called the Sailfish Capitol of the World. Local fish cooked on our barbecue are great!!!
Whether it is sailing, fishing, beaching, or golfing, come try our area... It is quiet and relaxing! Families only, please. No Smoking and No Pets allowed.

Wedding guests

We were guests at a wedding on Hutchinson Island. This house was close and more economical than staying on the island. House was great...pool was great. 5 star rating for communication with property manager was incorrect, since there was no need to contact them, but there was no other positive option. Quiet neighborhood.

Fabulous stay

We loved the House !! The pool was nice and warm with the option to adjust the temp … great separation between kids room and adults … not too many TVs … if there had been a few more games for the kids it would have been great … but we were fine … we’ll be back

Convenient getaway

The house was very clean and ready for our stay. The pool was fantastic and the house is conveniently located to tons of activities. We had a family of 8 stay and the house was so open we had no problem fitting everyone. Thank you for a great stay!

Perfect!

This home was perfect for our family. It is in a quiet location, convenient to Mets Spring Training, the beach, stores, and restaurants. We enjoyed the heated pool and comfortable patio. Everything was clean, organized, and well stocked. Booking was easy, and we appreciated the responsiveness of the owner when we needed to add an additional night. We would definitely book this home again.

leaky garbage disposal

the property was generally clean, the garbage disposal was leaking on the kitchen floor. The dish washer could not be used due the garbage disposal leaking. The sewer alarm was beeping. I called the owner to inform him of the alarm and he had me call the sewer department to come out and fix the alarm. I believe he should have called not me. inconveniences I did not need on a vacation.

Blue Heron with Heated pool

The house was perfect for our three week stay with friends and family. It was in a quiet location, close to stores and restaurants. The pool was heated and enjoyed by our 60+ year old guests. The house was well stocked with paper products, hand & bath soap, shampoo, laundry soap, food bags, foil, plastic wrap and garbage bags. The kitchen had everything you need except room for our groceries, so we cleared off a shelf in the laundry room and used it as our pantry. It worked great. We cooked on the gas grill multiple times. I highly recommend this home for your stay on the Treasure Coast.

Comfy, clean & great location!

We had a large group coming to town for a wedding. So, we were pleasantly surprised at how spacious the home is and, because the listing said there were only two bathrooms, we happily discovered there were three. The location was perfect. It was only a few miles from the wedding venue, and we found the neighborhood to be quaint with friendly neighbors. The only downside was the next-door neighbor was having major yard work done during our stay (large trees being removed, and a new fence installed). They started early in the morning and disturbed the peace & quiet of sleeping in for everyone. Although we purposely chose a home with a heated pool, the heater was broken, and none of our out of state guests could swim due to the water being too chilly even for them. The host was easy to reach and responsive with requests. We highly recommend this vacation home.

Christmas get away

We had an enjoyable time in Port St. Lucie during our time in Florida over the Christmas Holiday. We visited the local beaches and some local seafood and coffee places. We were able to enjoy an air boat ride and travel to the Everglade National Park. We had a great time in the pool and relaxing on the patio. We had an issue with the sprinkler system which was promptly fixed. The home was comfortable and sufficiently stocked with cooking utensils so that we were able to feel at home. Would definitely stay here again.

Family Trip

Very reasonable rate for such a large house and a holiday. Our group of 10 had plenty of space and the neighborhood was very quiet. The location is conveniently located and only a short drive to the beach. Ed was very responsive.

Great Family Trip!

We recently took a family trip to FL to celebrate my grandmother's 80th birthday. My family and my sister's family stayed in this house for a long weekend and had a fantastic experience. The house had everything we needed (extra pillows, blankets, coffee pods, toilet paper, paper towels, beach chairs, etc.)! It was clean, the beds were comfortable, the neighborhood was cute! We loved the pool, our kids (17, 4, 3 and 10 months) had a blast! Convenient to shopping and area attractions. The house has a great set up and everyone had their space and privacy. We had a great trip, highly recommend!

Home away from home

The property was perfect for a large group. The pool was wonderfully heated and there are all the extras you could need. Full kitchen with cookware and dishes. Wifi, smart TVs with cable hooked up a great perk when you have kids.my kids already asked if we can come back next year. Ed was great, accommodating and quick to reply.

Family-Friendly Fun

We had a wonderful time soaking in the sun at Ed’s property. The home boasted a great floor plan for families — as the master was on the other side of the house than the kids! The kitchen was fully stocked from paper products to cleaning supplies which helped us to focus on one thing, the heated pool. Our (younger) girls practically had to be dragged out of there. It was a perfect size pool for our family and we enjoyed countless hours in the day, enjoying the pool and screened in lanai. Ed was prompt in his communications and a wonderful host. Thank you so much!

Beautiful home with heated pool

We enjoyed the paved bikepath along Green River Parkway, an easy bike ride from the house. Jensen beach is a 10 minute drive and the ocean water was a warm 74 degrees...amazing for February. We enjoyed Thursday night music Jammin Jensen. Loved the Stuart shops and riverwalk. Hiked the Savanna Preserve and visited the Botantical Garden. Great house with easy access to lots of fun.
