Beautiful Spacious COASTAL POOL HOME ( 1800 Sq ft *2 bedrooms, I full bath & 1/2 Bath
CLOSE TO SHOPPING, BEACH, ATTRACTIONS. Experience Florida's Treasure Coast at this modern beautiful pool house nestled only 1100 feet from the Indian River Inter coastal waterway. , East of US 1 only 1/2 mile to shopping, & just minutes to the Beautiful Beaches on Vero's exclusive Orchid Island. Museums, botanical gardens close-by with easy access for a day trip to Disney World, Palm Beach and Miami. Private Swimming Pool- (unheated). 3 TVS with Netflix . Neighborhood is adjacent to the preserve with a small boat launch & hiking trails within 1/2 mile. 2 bedrooms with King Bed , Queen Bed, 2 full couches, kitchen with island & bar stools ,dining room, living room with futon., Outdoor private pool with large enclosed patio lanai & seating with a dining table, & relaxing comfortable rattan chairs.

* RESERVATION cannot exceed 29 days


*1 full bath with shower/tub/ toilet/ vanity & 1 half bath off laundry room in refurbished garage with toilet/ sink/vanity)

Welcome!

You’ll have the entire home all to yourself during your stay, with the exception of the third bedroom, which is reserved for the property owners. Rest assured — the owners will not be on the property at all during your visit, so you’ll enjoy complete privacy.

The pool stays nice and warm part of the year — usually between 80–90 degrees F. from late spring through early fall. Please note that it’s not heated, however many guests swim all year long
*We provide only entry level supplies of toilet paper. Paper towels. Kitchen and laundry supplies. There’s shopping nearby for any additional supplies you may need .”
Check-in and check-out are simple and secure with your personal access code. Only the primary booking guest (or verified guests with valid ID) can check in or out using the code. For everyone’s safety, unverified guests will not be given access. We may require a government ID to verify your identity and age

There are three small exterior security cameras — one at the front entrance and one on each side of the home. These are for the safety of both our guests and our property. There are no cameras inside, so you’ll have total peace and privacy.

Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Children 8 years or older allowed

Have stayed at this property twice now, and it is never a disappointment. House is clean and comfortable. Pool is an absolute delight and a necessity for Florida. Lookin forward to staying there next year.

Vero Fun

The house was very affordable, clean, and really fun!! We were able to have our family and friends come over, enjoy dinner, enjoy the pool and enjoy early mornings coffee. The grocery store is just up the road , along with Wendy's. It was really a great place!

Excellent Property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Located in a quiet neighborhood, the home was well equipped and very clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the tropical feel to the pool with lush landscaping all around. It’s close to a main area, with grocery and restaurants nearby. The hosts are thoughtful with the details. We highly recommend and would stay again.

Brief Stay Made Easy in Lovely Home

Ken & Dawnelle’s home in Vero Beach was exactly as advertised. The two bedrooms had comfortable beds & closets to hang clothes & store luggage. The open floor plan added to the spacious feel and the kitchen was well equipped. It was nice having the 2nd half bath too. We enjoyed meals outside in the screened, covered area around the pool. If the pool had been heated, I definitely would have used it. Check in & out was made easy with a keyless entry which we really liked. We did not make use of any beach items/towels but they were there. There was also a thoughtful basket of snack items for us. All and all a nice stay and would definitely go back.

Fabulous experience!

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The house is very nice and located on a quiet street. Check-in was easy and smooth and the owners were very communicative. The home is incredibly well-appointed - they think of everything you could possibly want including beach chairs! Everything was spotless and we had everything we needed. The screened-in pool area is beautiful and the lush landscaping makes is private. We look forward to returning again - a five star experience!

Nice, well-maintained home in a quiet neighborhood.

Spent 5 quiet days relaxing in Vero Beach. The home is in a nice neighborhood and near to the heart of Vero beach; there we were able to eat in great restaurants, shop in the boutiques and just walk the beautiful sandy beach.

The amazing Vacation Home

Better than the photos!

We loved our stay. It was quiet and private and a short distance to everywhere we wanted to go. All the amenities worked well. We used the coffee maker and ironing board & iron. We think the photos do not equal how nice and clean it was in person. I had a neck issue (pain) with the pillows lol, but the 3rd night I swapped it out from the other bedroom and I was fine. I hope we can come back soon! We've been to Florida 4 times in the last 10 months, 3 of those stays were in Vero Beach. We would love to stay here again in the fall if it is available.

Relaxing 3 night stay

The house is exactly as advertised. Beautiful, open floor plan with climate control set very comfortably. You have control of this but we never gave it a thought. Washer and dryer were excellent. Large tv in living room and smaller sets in each bedroom. All take a bit getting used to for a still cable using guy like myself but plenty of channels to choose from. Beds are comfortable and pillows are plentiful. Pool is awesome and screened in so you shouldn't be bothered by too many bugs. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood with many beautiful houses and friendly people. Convenient to most things you're coming to Vero for.

Our 2 week stay was great, Property is well kept. Second bathroom had a laundry sink and toilet located off of the garage. We would have liked a BBQ but we learned that due to insurance they were not allowed to have one. Owners were very responsive to our needs. Overall a good time was had by all. Thank you
