Spacious 3/2 within 10 minutes from the beaches. I’m quiet neighborhood. Gas station, shopping centers, food Accommodations right down the road. A great vacation spot. Dog and cat friendly. Perfect family vacation rental.

Great property, pre checkout list a bit much
My boyfriend and I, and our 3 year old child stayed here recently, the property was amazing, and we had a great stay. My only complaint was the pre check out list, tbh it seemed a bit long and a lot to expect of paying guests, however I tried my absolute best to make sure we left the property in great condition I might have missed a couple things on the list but I made a concerted effort to follow the rules and be a mindful guest. Honestly, the only thing that I think should be removed from the list is bed linens, towels, and that’s it. Everything else on the list I found very reasonable. I’d like to thank the property owner for a very cozy, modern, minimalist experience in their home. The decorations were tasteful, and the home was very open in a sense of space. The house is also stocked with trash bags, paper towels, pots, pans, Hulu, Netflix, water, creamer k cups, towels, sheets, blankets, and much more. Check in was very easy and the neighborhood is quiet. A lovely stay and a big thanks to the property owner.

Our stay in vero 24
Property was well kept, clean and very roomy. The 3 bedroom 2 full bath was very nice to have with 3 adults. Hiuse was close enough to anything you wanted to do but far enough out of the hustle and bustle. Very quiet neighborhood. All in all 4 to 5 star rating. Wasnt even hard to contact the host when an issue came up and he had rectified the issues within hours. 👍

Very enjoyable stay
My friend and I spent a week here. We were visiting friends who did not have room for us. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of everything. The beds were comfortable, we had all the necessities we required, and the house rules were simple and easy to follow. I would definitely recommend this house and would definitely stay here again. I thank the property owner for the accuracy of the property listing.

Overall everything was great
Everything was fine. The master bed mattress needs turning and spare towels and toilet paper needs to be stocked in master bath too. Bath rugs would be helpful. I slipped on the tile getting out of the shower (wet feet) and almost fell. The grill in the garage was full of water and basically came apart when we tried to move it. Should be trashed. Enjoyed our stay!

Vero House
Very comfortable, clean and spacious. Neighborhood is noisy at night but did not impede sleeping. Beds are comfortable and the house lends itself nicely to families or even just a couple. Perfect kitchen facilities and washer/dryer available! Would highly recommend it!

Nice place
This property worked for what we needed. Just moved here and started a new job in the area and don't have a home yet. The location was descent. Beds were comfortable and the living room/kitchen area was nice, loved the couch. Only thing missing was there were no place to hang towels in the bathrooms.

Nice and Clean
Overall, the house was very clean and accommodating, Except for not enough drinking glasses. Only 1 cup. The neighborhood was very noisy, especially at 7:00 AM. Could also use some curtains over the blinds to help block out the sunlight and the nighttime street lights. Other than those few things, the stay was very nice.
