"This was a stunning hotel right on Lake Como. Beautiful views. Breakfasts were excellent and the restaurant made beautiful meals. There was an issue with leaking AC in our room when we arrived but it was attended to and fixed right away. I'm not sure what VIP Access is/was so I don't know if we had that or not. Would definitely stay again. We were surprised how well-located and how good things were considering it wasn't as expensive as soon. Great value for the cost."

"John & I really enjoyed our stay in your hotel. It was very easy to find & having the ferry terminal directly over the road made it very handy for day trips. We particularly enjoyed the food. "This hotel is in the heart of the lakefront promenade. There are shops and eateries all around. I loved the lake view from my room. However, on a Saturday night it was not such a prime spot as music from a restaurant below kept me awake until midnight. In retrospect it was a small price to pay for a very special stay. "
