Detached house for a quiet and relaxing holiday, super panorama.
The apartment is structured as follows:

Kitchen: with 5 burner hob, double sink, worktop, drawers and shelves. Oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, American coffee, kettle.
Living room: with solid wood table, fireplace with benches, sofa, satellite TV (Astra and Hotbird) with slot for prepaid cards or subscriptions. Free Wi-Fi Internet, washing machine.
Fireplace to warm up your evenings with atmosphere.
Autonomous heating. Hourly rate price (hour meter)
Room with double bed and bedroom with 2 single beds that can be joined together. + BABY BED or cot bed. Possible 2 children in baby bed (6 occupants). Rooms with lake view.
Bathroom with sink, toilet, shower.
Garden on two levels: 70 square meters, table, deck chairs and chairs for sternum + charcoal BBQ and additional wooden table (6 places) under a grape pergola, surrounded by a park with 70 olive trees, where you can eat in peace, enjoying the super magnificent scene.
Parking space in the square of the house closed by a gate and railings.


The stay in Domaso offers many opportunities - really for all tastes.
The climate and winds are ideal for windsurfing, kitesurfing, skiing and other water sports.
Great satisfactions also for those who love trekking and mountain biking with exciting itineraries along which landscape views of rare beauty open up.
We recommend a visit to the small nearby villages, Gravedona with its churches, Gera Lario with its port, Colico with the remains of the Fuentes castle and the Montecchio castle, Dongo where Mussolini was arrested and the small mountain villages where to savor the atmospheres of once.
Dream stay also for lovers of good food: the many typical restaurants and trattorias offer Lake Como dishes based on lake fish, local products, cooked with traditional recipes and accompanied by local wines or the nearby Valtellina.

A short distance away we find Menaggio, Tremezzo, Bellagio, recommended to visit it by boat, starting from the Domaso pier.

Es war alles super. Die Begrüßung war super. Sehr freundlich. Es gab sogar einen selbst gebackenen Kuchen. Die Wohnung war sauber und ordentlich. Ein wunderbarer Ausblick von der Terrasse auf den See.

Tolle Fewo, sehr sauber.Der Ausblick war gigantisch, wir haben diesen gerne bei einem Gläschen Wein Abens genossen.Von der Fewo haben wir tolle Ausflüge gemacht...Varenna, Bellagio waren unsere Favoriten...Wir kommen gerne wieder.Der kleine Hauskater Pebo ist uns ganz schön ans Herz gewachsen...wir vermissen die süße Fellnase.

Traumhafte Aussicht

Der Kontakt war schon schon sehr nett, unsere Gastgeber haben aber alles übertroffen. Wir wurden mit Kuchen, Gemüse und Obst versorgt und hatten immer wieder freundliche Begegnungen. Die Wohnung war für zwei Paare ideal geschnitten und wirklich sehr sauber. Highlight ist die Aussicht und die tollen Abende mit Blick auf den See. Ein traumhafter Urlaub. Danke und sehr gerne wieder.

Amazing views and amazing host

The photos are accurate - this place is very comfortable with all amenities you would need and very clean, PLUS a fantastic view. The garden is beautiful and a perfect spot to relax with a wonderful view over the mountains and the lake. Lauro and Manuela were always available and ready to help. But they also respect if you want to enjoy your quiet and relaxation. We can highly recommend this accommodation. Thank you Lauro and Manuela for such a pleasant stay!

Fahrradtour in vercana

Das Haus war perfekt, die Aussicht unschlagbar. Die Vermieter waren super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir wurden mit einen selbstgebacken Kuchen überrascht. Wir waren mit den Fahrrädern vor Ort und hatten täglich tolle Touren gemacht. Ein unvergessliches Erlebnis

Sehr schön, immer wieder

Sehr schöne Wohnung im Untergeschoss, handwerklich alles sehr hochwertig ausgeführt und sehr sauber. Genialer Ausblick. Unsichere Autofahrer werden sich bei der Anfahrt über die Serpentinenstrasse und dem Einparken schwertun,.Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, alles völlig problemlos.

Ruhe und Weitblick

Hier ist alles vorhanden, was man für schöne und erholsame Ferien braucht - die Wohnung ist einladend, gut ausgestattet und ruhig gelegen und bietet von der Terrasse und allen Zimmern aus einen umwerfend schönen Blick auf den Comer See. Dazu sehr nette Vermieter - wir haben uns ausgesprochen wohlgefühlt.

Nous étions ravis de la maison on s'y sent bien, de l'environnement : on ne se lasse pas de la vue sur le lac et proche de Domaso. La proximité des magasins d'alimentation est pratique. des chemins de randonnées sont près de la maison. Les propriétaires étaient disponibles et généreux : fruits, vin gâteau... Un réfrigérateur plus grand serait bienvenu.

Tolle Lage

Die Ferienwohnung ist schön und sauber. Absolut grandios ist die Aussicht von der Terrasse auf den See bis nach Bellagio. Außerdem gibt es eine zweite Terrasse mit einem Grill und einer schattigen Sitzgelegenheit. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, auskunftsfreudig und versorgten uns mit Kuchen, Tomaten und Trauben. Anfahrt ca. 8 min von Domaso den Berg hoch, Stellplatz im Hof. Jederzeit wieder!

Agréable séjour

Nous remercions chaleureusement Manuela et Lauro pour leur accueil. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison. Ils sont des hôtes à la fois discrets et disponibles. Je recommande vivement cette location. La maison est située un peu en hauteur ce qui lui donne une vue imprenable sur le lac. La plage et les villages du lac sont facilement accessibles par voiture ou par bateau depuis le petit port d'embarquement. D'autres points forts qui méritent d'être mentionnés : Très jolie terrasse bien entretenue avec mobilier de jardin. Point barbecue sympathique en plein milieu des oliviers et des vignes. Maison spacieuse et fonctionnelle avec mention spéciale pour la propreté. Merci encore Manuela et Lauro. Nous espérons vous revoir et pouvoir revenir très prochainement.

Top Lage mit super Aussicht

Sehr saubere und ruhige Wohnung, sehr hilfsbereite unkomplizierte Vermieter, Terasse mit wunderschöner Aussicht über den See, schöner Grillplatz, süße Kätzchen. Die steile Einfahrt war für uns kein Problem. Fahrzeug kann aber auch in der Nähe abgestellt werden.

Tolle Wohnung mit unglaublich schöner Aussicht

Die geräumige Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der der Wohnung zugehörige Garten und die Gartenlaube sind sehr gepflegt und laden zum entspannen ein. Der Seeblick ist zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit atemberaubend. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und willkommen.

Toplocatie!

Wij hebben een heerlijke week gehad in deze eenvoudige, schone en complete woning op een fantastische plek die een magnifiek uitzicht biedt over het meer en omringende bergen. De persoonlijke ontvangst van Lauro bij aankomst was fijn en de communicatie hebben wij als makkelijk en prettig ervaren. Absoluut een aanrader!
