The receptionist was rude when I checked in, and I was charged two extra people cuz they told me I didn’t paid 4, just 2 (that was an absolute mistake, I paid 4) they didn’t wanted to borrow me 2 extra towels even when I told them that I paid for that services for 4 people. They didn’t changed my bedsheets until I asked them.

La verdad estubo malisima me cambie de un hotel para hospedarme en sus instalaciones y resultó pésima experiencia habitación sucia con pelos en el wc templado sucio de jabón,,, jabonera con jabón colcha sucia porque olía muy mal me cambiaron de habitación y resultó que esta igual la regadera con arena de la playa y el templado Teno de jabón que pena que un hotel con tan buenas reseñas sea así y como yo se los dije por mi parte yo no vuelvo a hospedarme ahí con ustedes hotel rolovi

El hotel es bueno, la habitación tiene humedad pero de ahi en fuera es bueno, tiene buena ubicación cerca del malecón y cerca de restaurantes, para una estancia para descansar es muy buena opción por precio calidad

Está excelente para pasar la noche es limpio el personal es amable las las habitaciones se ven recién remodeladas cuenta con aire acondicionado, a pesar de qué no tiene alberca, te brindan un pase para otro hotel que si cuenta con alberca grande y está a la vuelta de la esquina Está muy bien localizado a una calle, se encuentra un Oxxo a la vuelta de la esquina se encuentra un mini súper La playa más cerca caminando está a dos calles y el acuario caminando está a 15 minutos

El personal de recepción todo bien solo que a la hora de check in que era a las 3:00pm termino siendo 40 minutos después de la hora establecida ,me dieron otra habitación distinta a la reservada la cual tenía demasiada humedad con un olor horrible ,la chica encargada de la limpieza (que estaba a un lado de mi habitación ) desde muy temprano estaba platicando y riendo con su teléfono cosa que creo no va pues uno termina eligiendo un hotel para descansar más no para estar estresado ,el clima de la habitación no enfriaba muy bien ,cobijas viejas ,por ocasiones no había agua caliente en definitiva no volvería a ese lugar
