Book your vacation in this townhouse, located in a first-line beach urbanisation with a communal swimming pool. It is the ideal place to enjoy with your family, as it offers all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, such as a terrace with sea views, a spacious garden, air conditioning/heating in the living-dining room and main bedroom, and private parking within the urbanisation. Additionally, pets are allowed! Special offers are available for long stays during the low season.The house can accommodate a maximum of 7 adults and is distributed across 3 floors: on the ground floor, you will find a spacious living-dining room with access to the garden, a fully equipped kitchen (also with garden access), a bedroom with a single bed, and a toilet with a shower. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, two bedrooms with single beds, and a full bathroom with a bathtub. On the second floor, there is a spacious terrace where you can enjoy sea views.The house is located in the Playa de Baria I urbanisation, on the first line of the beach, with extensive garden areas, a communal swimming pool, and a children's pool (open from 15/06 to 15/09). Additionally, it is close to bars, restaurants, and a large supermarket, which facilitates convenience during your stay.Spend your holidays in Vera Playa and also enjoy nearby localities such as Villaricos, Garrucha, and Mojácar. The Cabo de Gata-Níjar natural park and the Mini Hollywood theme park are just an hour's drive away.IMPORTANT: Reasonable electricity consumption up to 20 kWh/day is included. Excess will be charged.
