Dreaming on a mild and sunny winter, or a warm spring or autumn?
Dreaming on taking breakfast while the sun is bathing you and you are relaxing looking at the sea?
Dreaming on dinner with the light of moon reflecting in the sea while listening the music of the waves?
I can provide you the apartment where you certainly will experiment these and other sensations, and all of this in a marvellous naturist environment.

I have two almost identical apartments of 60 m2. This appartment has the following distribution:
• Bathroom: Shower, WC, Bidet, Single Washbasin
• Bedroom: One Double Bed and A/C and heating Unit
• Kitchen: Washing Machine, Microwave, Oven, Hob, Fridge/Freezer, Toaster, Breakfast Bar.
• Living room: TV, Dining Facilities, Sofa bed for 2 persons, A/C and heating Unit
• Terrace: 7,7 m2 with an impressive view of the full 7 km beach.
• Air conditioning and heating in the Bed room and living room.
• Community Pool with naturist environment

Southeast orientation, with sun in the terrace till early afternoon (facing to the sea), and sun in the entrance in the late afternoon (facing the communal swimming pool), therefore sun around all the day.

The apartment has the closest possible situation to the beach (the beach in front of the apartment). The apartment is beautifully furnished, well equipped and is located on the first floor within the private naturist complex Natsun, in village of Vera, well-known by its naturist area with the 8 km sandy beach.
Its privilege location benefits from restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shops in the nearby.
Almeria enjoys the sunniest, warmest, and driest winter of all of Spain and Europe. A unique desert climate, stunning scenery, sandy beaches and great Spanish and affordable food. Vera is 40 minutes from the astonishing Cabo de Gata National Park. Sun, leisure, water sports (snorkelling, scuba diving, fishing, canoeing), outdoor living, fitness, relaxation and golf (6 golf courses in the nearby) are available all year round!
Located within 2.5 hours flying time from the main European airports is reached by low-cost flights. Almeria Airport is 40 minute highway drive from Vera.
Vera is also served by two other international airports, Murcia and Alicante. Both are less than two hours away by car.
Perfect for accommodation of single persons, couples and families (less than 5 persons). The 'Standard Occupancy Period' is 7 nights. However shorter periods could be considered under availability.

Great beach apartment

We had a great stay in the apartment. Communication was great and check in was very easy. Beach access is the main reason for this apartment. It is right on the beach and has great sun exposure in the morning. You can set up for the day on the beach and then walk up to the apartment for drinks or snacks and then back to the beach. It was well stocked with everything needed for cooking and for time on the beach. The Consum market is super close for groceries. The beach paseo is great for going for runs. We will plan on returning again to stay longer in the future. We had a great mini-vacation.

Magnifico apartamento que no está ubicado cerca de la playa PORQUE...está dentro de la playa prácticamente. Más cerca del mar es difícil. Humberto en nombre de Javier ha estado pendiente en todo momento . Buena limpieza, el apartamento dispone de todo lo necesario para pasar unos magníficos días. Amazing apartment literally on the beach

Javier's apartment was fantastic. Nice and spacious with the most amazing terrace right on the beach! One of just a few apartments that are so close. Will definitely stay here again on my next visit :-)

The apartment was exactly what was promised and what we expected. Sunny balcony facing to the beach, nice to have breakfast in the morning sun. The kitchen was well equipped. We did have a very pleasant holiday in Playa Vera and in Javier’s apartment.

En primera línea de playa. Tal y como se ve en la foto. Espacioso, cómodo y limpio. el colchón muy cómodo y el sofá también. El equipamiento de la casa muy bien. contiene todo lo necesario. Sábanas y toallas en perfecto estado. El dueño está cerca y te atiende ante cualquier incidencia que pueda surgir. La zona es muy tranquila y tiene servicios cerca. Sin duda recomiendo este apartamento.

Clean, fabulous views and perfect for a holiday

Relaxing beach holiday...

This unit is a clean, nicely updated, well equipped condo and 5 minute walk to the beach (nice view).They provide a couple beach chairs and umbrella. We relaxed and enjoyed this quiet area of Vera. Lots of restaurants nearby too. Umberto and Jose, unit managers, were great and looked after us very well. We would highly recommend for a relaxing beach vacation!

Excelente apartamento con magníficas vistas al mar

El apartamento es tan bonito o más como se aprecia en las fotos. Esta decorado con gusto y tiene una cocina perfectamente equipada. Las vistas desde la terraza y el salón son estupendas, estando literalmente a pie de playa. Esta enclavado en una bonita urbanización naturista. El trato tanto con el propietario como con las personas que gestionan la entrega de llaves fue muy cordial. Todo esto hace que la estancia en él fuera muy agradable, ya que enseguida te sientes como si estuvieras en tu casa. Sin duda repetiremos.

Good property

Good property, nice location on beachfront, we really enjoyed our week. Nights very warm, air conditioning noisey so we had to turn it off, tried sleeping with beachfront door open but got lots of mosquito bites. Also the apartment doesn't have its own allocated car parking space so we parked near a clearway sign in the complex and kept an eye out each day in case there were issues, we had none. Thiese were our only negatives, overall we had a great week and would recommend this apartment.

Just what the doctor ordered

The apartment is very well fitted out, clean and was ideal for my stay. Playa Vera was lacking a little with regards to places to eat or for a night out, whether that was due to it still being early in the season I'm not sure. Having said this, I'm not a party animal so not a real issue for me, I was happy to use the facilities in the apartment to prepare food. It was my first naturist holiday and I thoroughly enjoyed the freedom Playa Vera offers.
