"Mare Azzurro" offers a 1-room apartment spanning 40 square meters on the 2nd floor. The spacious and bright unit features tasteful and cozy furnishings, including an open living/sleeping room with a panoramic window. This area contains a sofabed (120 cm, length 200 cm) and a french bed (140 cm, length 200 cm), as well as a TV. The open kitchen is equipped with a mini-oven, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, kettle, and an electric coffee machine. The apartment also has a shower, bidet, and WC.

Amenities Included

The apartment is equipped with gas heating, air-conditioning, and forced-air heating, although heating is only available from November 1st to March 31st. Additionally, it features a 18 square meter terrace with furniture, providing a beautiful panoramic view of the sea. Guests can also enjoy the convenience of a washing machine and free WiFi internet access during their vacation stay.
