This Luxury 3 Bedroom 2 Bath Vacation Pool Home has it all. Our Pristine Natural Beaches are located directly on the Gulf of Mexico.

We are located minutes from, 5 different pristine beaches who’s natural beauty has not been compromised by development.

The beautiful Venetian Waterway is within walking distance and provides miles of trails for walking and biking, (bikes provided), along the Inter-coastal Waterway which leads to many of our Beautiful Beaches. Beach Chairs, Umbrella, and Towels provided
This 2,200sq. ft. Vacation Home has an inground heated pool, surrounded by a lovely private pool deck with lots of space for Lounging, and Entertaining.

Watch the Game or a Movie from the pool on the large outdoor TV.

There are Sliding glass doors from Pool Area to Master Suite, and sliding glass doors to each of the two newly Furnished and Decorated Living rooms.
Entire home has been newly furnished and decorated. Including Two new Queen beds in a large split floor plan for lots of privacy.

Third bedroom has two new twin beds.

There’s also a bathroom off the pool area.

Absolutely Perfect! Exceeded our Expectations!

We had an amazing 9 day stay. Everything about the house was perfect. The house was extremely clean, spacious, and well maintained. It was well stocked and had everything that we needed, and even more. We appreciated the bicycles that were available to us. We enjoyed riding bikes on the Legacy Trail, which is less than 5 minutes away (go on Shamrock Drive to Scenic Drive). The house is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood and is conveniently located to restaurants, fast food, shopping, beaches, etc. The pool was perfect! Marc was a wonderful host. He was very friendly, accommodating, and extremely responsive to any questions we may have had. Everything about the house and location exceeded our expectations! I would highly recommend this property. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks Marc and Gail for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Stayed at this property for 2 weeks over christmas with our three boys. House was great for all amenities and our boys loved the pool. Pictures are older,place could use some touch ups. Master bath very nice, pool was heated!. Smallest queen in 2nd bedroom i have ever seen and mattress was awful, need to replace it. Sheets need to be replaced, fitted sheet would not stay on bed with 1 person trying to sleep on it. Good thing there were 2 couches to use instead. Was close to stores, short drive to beach.

Great house, great location!

Wonderful house - clean, laid out well/spacious, well-stocked and the pool was perfect! It was central to everything you may need during a vacation stay (grocery, restaurants/fast food and shopping) - and just a short drive away from several different beaches. My teenagers were very pleased with their accommodations - bedrooms and bathroom - and are already talking about wanting to come back next year. Hosts were extremely helpful, responsive and communicated very well. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Place!

This was our first time staying at a property like this. The home was immaculate and had everything we needed. So much space we weren’t on top of each other, the master suite was lovely. The home is in a great location to so many things around Venice. The property owner was super responsive anytime I asked a question, very friendly and accommodating. I would absolutely book again for our next trip down here. Thank you, Marc!!

Great home!

The house was well maintained and the owner was quick to respond and address any issues, big or small. Not that we really had anything but we thought the AC was not working right but it just happened to be the amount of work the system was having to do because of how hot and humid it was the week we were there. Either way he responded, came out, and even had a company set to come out the next day but thankfully, we didnt need it. He also gave us some tips and recommendations on places to go to. The pool was a hit as well, great space!

South Venetian Home Base

Great house layout with plenty of room and all the amenities, nearby to shopping and beaches. The bicycles in the garage came with lock and with nearby access to the Intercoastal pathway, was a nice side venture. The outdoor space was perfect for lounging and dipping in the pool while listening to music or catching a show on the outdoor TV. The bathroom access from the pool / covered patio was great. Only thing missing was a propane BBQ that would have perfected the stay. But the kitchen had everything you needed to make big or small meals, and we appreciated the spacious fridge with filtered water and ice maker. Our nephews who visited enjoyed the pool and the large den area where we comfortably played video games on the big screen TV, and caught some of the soccer matches. So much space that could easily accommodate a large family. Marc was very communicative and checked in via text frequently to make sure we had what we needed. Highly recommended if you need a place to comfortably hang out in South Venice!

Great accommodations in Venice

I enjoyed my stay in this house immensely! It was clean and big and the pool was perfect. The neighborhood is quaint and the neighbors were very nice. Marc accommodated me with early check in and allowed me to bring my dog which was the best thing ever! Everything was in working order and the beach supplies were plentiful! My only complaint and it’s not a big deal, I would’ve loved a gas grill 😎. Thank you so much Marc!! I will come back!

Exceeded all expectations!

The house was immaculate and just as advertised. The pool was very clean and the perfect size for us. The screen pool enclosure made the experience ideal. We will definitely stare here again if we return to Venice. We went to two beaches and multiple restaurants and our GPS never said more than 13 minutes travel time.

Beautiful spacious home

Marc was an amazing host! He was very responsive and checked in periodically to make sure we didn’t have questions/concerns. This home is spacious, well maintained and clean just as the pictures show. Pool area great for hanging out. Short drive to beaches and dog park. Also very close to bike paths and neighborhood is safe, quiet and very friendly! We are planning to stay again!

Venice Pool Getaway

This house served our needs perfectly. We chose a good month to escape the TN winter. The grill needed some work and Marc went above and beyond to take care of it. The heated pool was a great plus. All the accommodations were perfect. The main bathroom had benefited from a recent make over. We loved staying there and would love to come back. Ron and Laura

Beautiful home

The home is beautiful. The owners respond very quickly and are extremely nice. I will stay here again the next vacation down. Pictures do not do it justice. Master bath shower is amazing. Heated pool for those chilly mornings. Two living rooms with board games and TVs.
