13 Splendid apartments of various types and sizes located within the 500esque building "Cà Bollani".



Second-floor apartment overlooking the courtyard. It consists of a balcony, an entrance hall with a living room an open kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and microwave, a bathroom with shower, and a bedroom with a queen bed and sofa.

There is a sofa bed in the apartment.



On the ground floor available to all guests is a laundry area with a washing machine and dryer. All apartments are also equipped with air conditioning, heating, and a free Wi-Fi line.



* Guests can access the accommodation via a numeric code, which they can obtain only after completing the online registration of their IDs, signing the digital rent agreement, and paying the tourist tax via a payment link they will receive a few days before arrival. The code will be active starting from 3 p.m.

Strolling through Venice is like diving in the past: the so-called calli (streets) are dotted and framed by aristocratic buildings such as the Doge's Palace, the historic home of the Doges, spectacular bridges including the famous Rio Alto Bridge, and canals navigable by gondolas, waterbuses, and boats of all kinds.

The heart of the city is the enchanting St. Mark's Square, which houses the Basilica of the same name and welcomes thousands of tourists from all over the world every day.

The most famous local event is definitely the Carnival, thanks to its centuries-old tradition of masks and costumes that enliven the streets every year.

Last but not least, the famous "Bàcaro Tour" is a must: a tour among taverns where to taste local wine along with cicheti, typical Venetian tasty bites.

Dès la premier soir… nous nous sommes fait voler tous les espèces que nous avions pour notre séjour. La personne est rentré sans effraction, donc elle connaissait les lieux mais aussi les codes d’accès. Même si les codes ont tous étés changés après, je reste persuadé que ce n’était pas la première fois et sûrement pas la dernière

The apartment is bigger than it looks in photos. Very clean and comfy place to stay. We used the kitchen to have a dinner in one night and it had all that we needed. Easy Walking distance to everything you go to Venice for. Very secure and quiet place.

Un ottima soluzione per vivere Venezia

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento che si trova in un palazzo del1500, a San Polo. L'appartamento, e tutto il palazzo, sono ottimamente ristrutturati. L'appartamento è veramente grazioso, dotato d'ogni comfort. La posizione è ottima, a 2 passi dal ponte di Rialto e dalla fermata di San Silvestro. Piccolo appunto: manca la caffettiera .
