"Urbino Uno Apt" charming apartment in Mestre Centro 10 minutes to Venice

Located in the heart of Mestre, our tourist location was completely restored in March 2025 and every bedroom, bathroom and kitchen equipment is brand new. It is the ideal choice for those who want to explore Venice and its surrounding area with ease because it is located within walking distance of the Mestre train station and bus stops to reach the center of Venice in a few minutes. Whether it's a short visit or a long stay, our accommodation is a comfortable and strategic base to discover all the wonders of the Venetian lagoon. but also Padua and Treviso reachable by train or bus in about 30 minutes. Located on the top floor of a building with elevator, the apartment offers a welcoming and modern environment, with modern touches. As soon as you enter, on the left, you will find a super-equipped kitchen, perfect for every need with all the dishes that will make preparing meals a simple and pleasant experience. To the right of the entrance is the living area, separated by a double glass door, where the welcoming atmosphere invites you to relax. Here you will find two very comfortable sofas, which easily transform into two single beds 110 centimeters wide each, perfect for accommodating two more people and there is also a beautiful round crystal table to have meals in comfort. In the entrance there is also a work area with desk and armchair. In the sleeping area, you will find a cozy double bedroom, with a very comfortable bed and a large wardrobe with drawers. The bathroom, elegant and functional, is equipped with a modern and large shower, bidet, toilet and sink, all completed by a mirror from the 50s that adds a touch of style. The apartment is completed by two terraces: one overlooking the double bedroom and a larger one in front of the kitchen with a set of table and chairs to enjoy breakfast or sunset.
