Spacious open floor design with walk out to lanai and pool area within a tropically landscaped, fenced in yard. Included are kitchen amenities, linens/towels, beach items, desk space w/accessories, free Wi-Fi, new mattresses, 4 smart TV's, outside grill and firepit area. Bikes available for nearby trails. Located 19 miles from Siesta Key, which is rated the number one beach in the United States and within 10 minutes of 6 beautiful Venice area beaches with beautiful sunsets. Great 2 week vacation. The house was beautiful, roomy, plenty of amenities, extremely clean, and the bed was comfy. The property was gorgeous and loved all the tropical plantings. The heated pool was awesome. It was nice to come back after a long day at the beach and relax outside and go for a swim. This pool was truly a 84 degree heated pool and very well maintained and clean. The house is truly located within minutes to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We loved everything about the house and felt so much thought has gone into making guest feel comfortable and right at home. Thank you so much for hosting our stay and we’d love to stay again on our next visit to Venice.

I cannot begin to say how wonderful this place was! The floor plan was wide open and perfect for our large family. The pool was incredible with amazing outdoor amenities including a beautiful patio and fire pit. The host was so friendly and helpful. She was so amazing to work with. It was by far one of the best places we have ever stayed in Venice.
My children loved spending time in the incredible, enclosed pool!

Overall. It is a great place. We could not use the grill because there was no propane and when we called the host we were told to go to Home Depot to get propane because they couldn't come until the following day We had other commitments and couldn't go The propane was not delivered before we left and we had plans to grill our family dinner so it was a little disappointing. Also when we arrived it was dark and there was no light to see to put the code in.Not sure if the cleaning crew had finished before we arrived. There were towels on the floor in the main bathroom and some of the dishes and glassware in the cabinets and the oven were not clean. Maybe a check list between guests would help.I am only informing you in case you need to check on the cleaning crew We still had a great time and enjoyed our stay

We had a wonderful stay! We were traveling with our adult kids for a family wedding. There was plenty of room for all of us, lots of beach gear, and laundry. The pool was amazing and we spent as much time as possible there. The backyard is very private and mature. Great place! Thanks for sharing it with us!

Wonderful TWO Weeks!!!

The property was just as described...beautiful. It had absolutely everything we needed. Was centrally located and just minutes from the beach. We enjoyed the beach almost daily and then relaxed in the pool every evening. Plus, the owner was easy to conact and quick to answer questions. We highly recommend this as your next vacation destination. We will definitely be returning!! Loved loved loved it!!

What an incredible week! My wife, our three kids, and I had an absolute blast! The house was perfectly located just minutes from so many amazing beaches. We especially loved Caspersen and Venice Beach—between the two, we found **291 shark teeth**! It was like a real-life treasure hunt!We also made a quick trip up to Siesta Key, where we soaked up the sun on the beach and enjoyed exploring the charming village and shops. So much fun packed into one trip!The house itself was a dream—spacious, relaxing, and full of fun. The pool was a hit, and there was plenty of room for everyone to unwind after a full day of adventure. We had a great time playing games and watching movies!Huge thanks to Kathleen for sharing such a wonderful home with us. We’re already counting down the days until we can come back to Venice!

We had a wonderful time. The house was very clean and had everything you could possibly need; ie towels, kitchen items, beach and pool toys, bikes. It is in a great location, close to the beach, downtown Venice and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Home

We had a great stay at this lovely Venice home. The kids enjoyed the pool and the beds were super comfy. The owner was very responsive with any questions we had and the house was bright and spacious. Our favorite activity was searching for shark's teeth on Venice beach. We hope to return again!

Wonderful winter retreat!!

We loved our stay at this property! The house was exactly as stated and shown. It was spacious, very clean and had everything we needed for our stay! Kathleen was great to work with…very responsive and was quick to address any needs. We had a dishwasher issue and she immediately had someone there to check it out…it was quickly replaced. One of the true highlights of this property is the pool! Large, clean and warm! LOVED it! Would recommend this property!

Kathleen was incredibly kind and helpful leading up to and during our stay. The home is very well appointed with lots of extra spices and dry goods. The pool is definitely well maintained. The location is helpful because you are 10-15 minutes to anywhere in Venice you'd like to go. A nice home base for your vacation.

Nice Home in a Very Convenient Location

Our stay went quite well. The home was very clean and met all of our needs. It was a great location for trips to downtown Venice and the beach, but also in venturing out for longer excursions. The neighborhood is quiet and well kept. Our only complaint was with the unseasonably cold weather that we encountered while we were there. We definitely would consider a repeat visit sometime in the future.

Amazing property with all the amenities needed for a AWESOME TIME!!

We have been traveling to the Venice area for years now with our two younger children and have stayed at various other rental properties and this was by far the BEST! The house was exactly as advertised. The owners did a great job communicating online and provided a great list of amenities and "what to do's" once we arrived. The property was very clean, very comfy beds, great showers, heated pool was actually way warmer than I thought and included all fo the pool toys my kids could ever use. For the beach. . . this was a huge plus for us, there was everything you could ever need for a day at the beach. Chairs, umbrella, coolers, toys, shark teeth grates, a beach cady, etc. This made things so much easier, especially if you have kids. The outdoor area was lovely and well maintained and manicured with trees, plants, flowers, etc. No issues whatsoever with the internet. Onsite laundry was a bonus and the location is great for dining, food shopping, beaches, parks, highway, whatever you need to get to. We had an amazing time and it all started with the ease and connivence that this property offered. We are 100% staying here again and you should too!
