Beautiful property! Extremely clean, with amazing décor and gorgeous antique furniture throughout. Communication was top-notch. It’s close to the city center, and getting to and from the island was easy and affordable by taxi. We visited Rome, Florence, and Venice, and this property was by far the nicest. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay! The manager helped us to locate parking for our oversized vehicle. The location was convenient to Venice. The unit was outstanding! The elevator was a bit cramped, but we worked through it easily enough. Thank you!!

Venice getaway

liked the area-close to stores, restaurants, secure parking, elevator was convenient. The apartment was beautifully furnished, chandeliers beautiful and one of the highlights of our trip was hearing, all the bells, when the new Pope was selected!

Amazing property

Fantastic, spacious flat. The location was amazing - walking distance to the train station and quick bus ride to Venice proper (using the bus that stops right outside the building).

Penthouse apartment

Very nice. Very large penthouse apartment with very nice bacony/patio to sit and have your morning coffee or evening wine. Nicely stocked kitchen. Easy bus access to the city for trips in so can leave your car in the gated designated parking space (10 euro/day). Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful Place

We had a fantastic stay. The apartment was more than we could have hoped for. Nick was great getting us checked in and giving us perfect directions for getting into the city. The furnishings were amazing and perfect for a Venetian stay. Getting to know his mother was an added treat. We loved it. I would definitely recommend this apartment for future visitors.

Nick’s Palace

Very spacious for our group of 8, located at bus stop for #2 which goes right to bus circle on the isles . We could walk everywhere in Mestre for groceries or eating out... in fact, the food is great and in many cases better than the tourist areas! Nick met us on property and also helped us arrange airport transportation!

Great place to stay after cruise to see Venice area

6 of us finished an 11 day cruise and wanted to see Venice, so we booked this location. GREAT ! ! ! All of the space was on one floor and it was easily accessible via an elevator (though small). We were right on the bus line and had easy access to all transportation as well as some great restaurants and groceries. We would highly recommend it. We hope to make it back to Venice and spend more time and would consider this again as our base of operations!

Spacious apartment but very outdated. One of bathrooms was moldy and unusable. Neighborhood is a bit sketchy when traveling with small children. Elevator can only hold 2 peers on at a time. We had to make several trips. Stayed only 2 nights, however Vrbo charged me for 3 nights.

Excellent spacious property in a brilliant location for public transport and getting in to Venice

Very helpful management, our transport from the airport was cancelled less than 24 hours before our trip and you rearranged for us very quickly. The apartment was beautifully clean and wonderfully decorated. Loads of outside space to enjoy the sunshine. Good supermarkets nearby along with great bakers and ice cream shop to. Cannot recommend highly enough, fantastic value too

Nice top floor apartment

Has lift! Top floor penthouse so you don't hear other people foot step above you. Spacious bedroom. A/C unit in every room, however the weather was nice when we were there so we open the windowa for fresh air (the benefit of top floor!). Clean unit. Has 2 set of hose key thus we can plan our separate itinerary. Has working W/D (love it!). Near bus stop (bus #2 & 32H to Mestre station). Near a square where on the weekend people gather to buy/sell. Near grocery stores. This place is awesome. Would stay here again when we come back

Bella la sala, molto spaziosa, come da foto.Camere da migliorare, materassi e cuscini un po’ datati, cucina un po’ vecchiotta e poco accessoriata, sarebbe da migliorare.In generale mi permetto di consigliare un po’ più di cura per una casa così grande.Host disponibile. Si è prodigato molto per noi per risolvere alcuni imprevisti. Ci ha promesso anche un rimborso parziale per un disguido durante il check-in, aspettiamo fiduciosi che arrivi.

Owner cancelled due to a water issue about 30 minutes before check in. He wired with someone to get us a different place but, the place he sent us to had less amenities, didn’t include parking, cost less, was not very clean and didn’t even have soap. He told me he would send a refund but we
