The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, well-served by public transportation and close to all major amenities, such as bars, pharmacies, and restaurants. The bus stop for buses to and from Venice is just a few minutes’ walk away.

The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, and a bathroom. The garden is shared. Parking is available.

- LIVING ROOM with a sofa bed (for one person) and a 55-inch SMART TV;
