Ascending to the third floor, a splendid fully equipped kitchen opens up with a dining table, a spacious living room, a large bedroom with a double bed featuring a private lounge area with an additional single bed and extra sleeping space (sofa bed) and a complete bathroom with shower. On the fourth floor, finally, there are two double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and a practical walk-in wardrobe. An intimate living room, perfect for enjoying reading a good book, completes the offering. The apartment is furnished with high-level finishes, guaranteeing exclusive comfort in a unique context. Maximum capacity 8 people. Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Arrivals between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM may require a supplement of €50 (to be paid in cash upon arrival).
