This elegant and classic apartament is located in the heart of Sestiere Canareggio, the greatest district of Venice.

The apartment is part of a typical venetian building. The space is divided in a pretty and equipped living room with fireplace, two double bedroom and a little bathroom on the first floor. The kitchen is well furnished with all the household appliances like dishwasher . A private garden where have breakfast or drink something is at guest’s disposal. The apartment has every comfort you need: independent heating, air conditioning, sheets and towels, hair dryer, WI-FI and TV.

Lovely neighborhood with a good walking distance to all the main attractions, lots of restaurants and shops in the area. It is perfectly situated in a quiet area just off the main streets of Venice.



This Sestiere is full of “bacari” and “cichetterie” where you can taste the typical venetian food, aperitif and enjoy the nightlife.



From the flat you are walking distance to Rialto bridge (15 minutes), to Venice Casinò (10 minutes), Santa Maria dei Miracoli church and Basilica of San Giovanni e Paolo. From Fondamenta Nove you can reach other parts of the city and islands with vaporetto (a public boat transportation).

Gorgeous place great neighborhood

I have only good things to say about this property! The place itself was beautiful,very well maintained and had a very cozy welcoming feel to it. The location is fabulous.we arrived by train and enjoyed the 10 miles n walk from th station to the home.plenty of restaurants and shopping close by and a grocery store 3min walk . Great communication with host and was very helpful. Would stay again if ever back in Venice.

Great place, great location

Easy to find, very close to vaporetto stop AND shuttle boat to the airport. Both with 400m. Nice clean place, just like pictures, really nice kitchen.

Cute House in Cannaregio Courtyard

This charming house in the Cannaregio neighborhood in Venice was a spacious place to stay in a great location. Close to bars, restaurants, grocery shops, yet it's in a quiet courtyard. The kitchen made it easy to prepare breakfasts in the house, plus there are tables and chairs outside to sit and enjoy your morning coffee. The air conditioning was also quite welcome during a hot Venice summer. Communication with the company was okay, but our check-in manager, Simon, was super helpful and accommodating. He showed us around the house during check-in and helped us to pre-arrange a water taxi to the airport on our checkout date. The reasons why I didn't give 5 stars for this property are: 1) Although overall the property was mostly clean, the floors were a bit dusty and the kitchenware - the moka pots, in particular - were a bit grungy. The drain in the shower was clogged at the beginning, but when we cleaned it out, it worked. (We did not inform the property of the issue, so they may have fixed it for us if we had). 2) The second reason is garbage disposal. We were told at check-in to leave our garbage in the basket outside of the house. However, on the day before we checked out, we received an email from the property manager informing us that we needed to take our garbage to the nearby canal between 6:30-8:30am the morning of our checkout (and should have been doing it for different recyclables each day). This is something we hadn't been told ahead of time and since Venice collects different recyclables on different days, we hadn't been taking them on the proper days. Since we were only staying for a few days, garbage collection was something I expected the property to handle. Overall, I would recommend this property as it's a spacious and convenient place in Venice. It's just good to keep in mind you may need to handle some things yourself.

Excellente localisation.

L'hôte nous a dirigé pour se rendre à l'appartement grâce à des vidéos et photos; ce qui nous a grandement aidés. Il était disponible aussi pour répondre à nos questions. Logement très bien situé car près de l'entrée de la ville, des vaporetti, des restos, de l'animation, mais tout en étant tranquille et dans un quartier où vivent les Vénitiens. Logement fidèle aux photos. Avons bien aimé. Tout était fonctionnel et propre, mais le mur de la chambre mériterait d'être lavé. Équipement correct dans la cuisine. L'ajout d'un grille-pain, d'une bouilloire, de quelques coupes à vin et d'un ouvre-boite fonctionnel rendrait le tout complet.
