An entire apartment of 140sqm with a Venetian style decor and an amazing view of St. Marks square tower and the lagoon. Situated on the 4th floor, the apartment has 2 floors with 3 bedrooms and also 2 bathrooms. It has a spacious living area with a beautiful view of a Venetian canal where gondolas pass all day and a kitchen with dishwasher, fridge and washing machine. Every room in the apartment has AIR CONDITIONING. Last but not least the apartment has FREE WIFI.


The apartment is situated 2 minutes from St Marks square (300 m from the apartment).
From the living room and bedroom you can see gondolas passing on the main canal.
1 minute from Harry's bar where you can try their famous Bellini.
1 minute from the main shopping streets in Venice.
Situated beside restaurants, bars and tourist attractions.
The apartment is well connected to the airport and train station. The waterbus station is a 2 minute walk from the apt.

Wonderful spot in Venice

We had a wonderful two nights here. We worked with the host to arrange our transportation from the airport to the location where we were met and showed everything we needed to know. This was very helpful coming to a new location with unique public transportation. The residence was the perfect size for our group of two couples and had everything we needed. The location was just what we wanted. It was close enough to the main areas but also in a more quiet neighborhood where we could look out the window and see the gondolas go by and walk downstairs to what became our favorite cafe where they got to know us after just a short time. On a very practical note it was a bit warm in the evenings but that is the nature of an upstairs apartment during a warm April weekend. We would highly recommend this residence and would definitely return if our travels ever get us back to Venice.

Great stay!

My family of two adults and two teenagers had a great stay at Alessia's property in Venice. Great location near the heart of San Marco and easy walking distance to all the major sites. Air conditioning was a great help as the weather was on the warm side. Alessia was great to communicate with and she helped us with transportation from the airport on arrival and to the train station on departure using vans and water taxis. It was great to have that all coordinated so easy.

Great location with a view

Fantastic apartment for our group of 5 to stay in. The location is great between St. Marks and Accademia. Beautiful view of canal with gondoliers. Close to bus/water taxi stop. It is located on the top floor and beautifully decorated with antiques. The loft bedroom includes a small rooftop terrace. Host met us at the house and provided us with everything we needed.

Lovely stay and great location

Our family of 5 had a lovely stay here. The accommodations were updated with an updated authentic Venetian style. A 5 minute walk to San Marco Square. There is a nice view of the canal where you can view the gondoliers. Our host Dimitri was very helpful in arranging a beautiful water taxi back to the airport and gave some great suggestions on where to eat and buy groceries. He was very informative and a pleasure to work with planning our stay.

Best Customer Service We Have Ever Seen!

Visited with wife and 3 young adult children, Great location, amazing host. Clean and comfortable. Dimitri went above expectations in his personal touch, pleasant nature, and willingness to be there to assure water taxi transfers went smoothly and finding the apartment was easy. He also arranged a beautiful private water taxi tour complete with Prosecco and a drop-off at a great little restaurant as a surprise for my wife. Dimitri - can't say enough great things about him. The whole family loved him and he was the best host we have ever had.

Absolutely loved our stay at Residence SAN MARCO!

Our family of 5 loved our stay in Venice and a big part of that was our place and terrific host. Dimitri was quick to reply to any questions before and after our arrival. He provided a map with many suggestions for restaurants and our time in Venice. He was very friendly, helpful and professional. Our apartment was full of character, comfortable, very tastefully renovated, spacious and in a great location. It was the best place we stayed in over a 5 week trip. We only wished we booked it for longer than 2 nights. We'd highly recommend this apartment!
