Venice-Manasota Key Getaway

  • Stay in a quiet hidden gem tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the busy city life. Just a short 6 minute (2 mile) drive to Manasota Key Beach enjoyed for being one of the most popular beaches for finding sharks teeth! This house has been fully renovated and newly furnished. The full kitchen has three large windows that allow for a relaxing and enjoyable meal time prep with the views of outside. The home is set up with elegant simplicity for an enjoyable and relaxing stay. Our home is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests and is fully supplied with all the basic essentials to make you feel right at home. A pack N play is supplied for our youngest guest. The open living room contains an L-shaped couch with a 55" mounted TV. Board games are provided in the media console and the second bedroom closet. The bright and light kitchen features quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances (fridge, dishwasher, sink, microwave, oven), and all the equipment needed to prepare, cook and eat your meals! Enjoy them in the dining room (table seats 6) or on the outdoor lanai with table, seating for 5 and lounge chairs . A coffee lover's dream station is found in the kitchen and set up with a drip coffee or De'Longhi Bar Pump Espresso and Cappuccino Machine for your use. A washer and dryer is available for use in the garage – although we do ask not to park your car in the garage. Master bedroom is tastefully set up with on of a kind woven pieces with a light feel and a standard closet with additional bedding and pillows if necessary. Second bedroom has two twin beds and a standard closet and recently added workspace. Pack n play and an air mattress with additional sheets are located in the closet. The bathroom has a beautiful vessel sink and shower with a rainfall shower and a removable shower head. Hair dryer, bath towels, washcloths, hand towels and beach towels are provided and located under the sink. A hallway closet across from the bathroom contains an iron, iron board and couple umbrellas. Guest access:Easy entry and self check in with a smart lock.

Perfect family trip

This house was perfect for our little family’s beach trip. Cute home, clean and cozy. Only a few minutes drive to the beach! In a quiet neighborhood. A wonderful little getaway.

Great house

We really enjoyed our stay at this cozy beach house. It was exceptionally clean and well stocked. A 5-6 minute drive had us on the beach. Would definitely stay again!

Cozy clean house

Beautiful and comfortable house minutes from the beach! Modern decor and layout throughout, with all the amenities you would need. Kitchen is well stocked, garage has everything for the beach, laundry, and bikes for an evening ride. Would definitely stay here again.

Great house close to the beach

This house is located a very short drive to the beach, and has available beach chairs and all the other items you'll need. The home is extremely clean and well appointed.

Relaxing centrally located getaway

We loved our stay! Super clean and easy property owner to communicate with. Large kitchen, comfortable dining/living open area and lanai patio. Lots of beach equipment. Enjoyed the location - nature preserve 4 blocks away, beach 5 minutes, quiet neighborhood. Partway between Sarasota and Fort Meyers.

The house amenities were all there but the grill had no cover so was quite rusted and I had to clean it before usingThe lanai was fully screened (no bugs), but it had no protective cover from the elements so rain pooled on the floor, seats were wet, and rain had damaged the table so we didn't use this area liked we had hoped. Also, removing our shoes at the entrance to the house meant we had to walk out in the Lanai area in socks or bare feet (again, which was wet).While most of the house was very clean and well designed, a kitchen cupboard was dirty Unfortunately, when we arrived the AC was not working. The host was great in communication and got someone to fix it the next day (and it worked great then), the first night was miserable for us and the host did not offer a discount for the inconvenience.

Absolutely lovely house. Very comfortable bed. Plenty of hot water. It was very Clean, and spacious. The kitchen has everything necessary and more. Quiet neighborhood, super location to Manasota Beach and Blind Pass. Groceries, restaurants and shopping nearby. Host was very responsive and helpful. We had a a great time!!

Host was very attentive and communicative. Very comfortable home in a residential neighborhood. I enjoyed being able to wake up in the morning and walk through the neighborhood and over to the beach.
